Dear Scott, I just wanted to give you an update on my recent car buying experience at Herb Chambers Honda in Seekonk. About 3 years ago, my wife and I had a horrible car buying experience at another car dealership. We were left defensive and untrustworthy when it came to the car buying process. I was truly dreading heading into this recent car buying process when I walked into Herb Chambers Honda last Friday evening. As I walked into Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk, I first talked to you, and then you introduced me to Domenica. Domenica was pleasant and thorough and explained the whole car buying process to me. At no point was there any pressure. That evening, I test drove a Honda Accord and a Honda Civic. Domenica was patient and answered all of my questions. Domenica stayed well after closing on Friday evening answering all my car buying questions. I came back the next day (on Saturday) and drove the Honda Civic again. Domenica had the car ready and waiting when I arrived . After the test drive, I knew that was the car that I was interested in purchasing. I informed Domenica and she handled all the paperwork (trade-in, insurance, etc). Then, I met with Tom in the finance department. Everything flowed seamlessly. After a short while, the process was over, and I had purchased a new car at a great price. I still cannot believe what a difference this car buying experience was from our previous car buying experience. Scott, I cannot thank you and your team enough for restoring faith in the car buying process. Domenica and Tom should both be commended on a phenomenal job. Thank you for managing and organizing this great team and this great car dealership. I look forward to sharing this story with all my friends and family. Thank you again. Sincerely, Peter B. More

I received a call from Homero Lima advising me that with the current promotion, I could possibly get into the 2021 Pilot, and save on the payments.
