I started out as a porter then a Service Advisor, and Service Director at Cleveland area Ford/Lincoln dealer. My wife and children have been my motivation and inspiration, I am blessed. I have definitely realized what it means to work in an organization completely committed to and driven by a "customer first" culture/business model. I trust no one more than Mona Crooks and Klaben Ford to take care of my needs for my 2008 Ford Explorer and they do it in a timely manner. First,I was greeted with a smile from Sean Bradford and Anthony. I came in with a nail in my left rear tire and I was in and out in a couple of hours. Well back from Florida for the holidays needed an oil change. Also parts department help with new wheels for my truck those guys worked their butts off finding everything.
