An Absolute pleasure to deal with!!!!! It was truly an absolute pleasure working with each of these people today. Arthur Wood was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in It was truly an absolute pleasure working with each of these people today. Arthur Wood was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in and was able to answer every question I had. Tim Bonnet showed me a lot of great accessories to add to the vehicle I purchased and was also able to answer all the questions I had about the different accessories that were offered. Jason Solheim was able to get me a much lower interest rate on my purchase than I expected which was absolutely outstanding. All 3 of these employees were very well spoken, down to earth, and best of all I never felt pressured into buying anything. I can't thank them enough for the experience I had and I will be a returning customer in the near future. Thank you again. More

Great service as always! I came into the dealership looking for a new vehicle. I knew I wanted a Suburban, but didn't know a lot about them. Alex was awesome! He immediately g I came into the dealership looking for a new vehicle. I knew I wanted a Suburban, but didn't know a lot about them. Alex was awesome! He immediately greeted me at the door, and found me the perfect test drive. We took a ride to my house, showed my husband and kids and he went over every feature the vehicle had to offer. When we got back, he helped me decide on a lease option. The vehicle I drove ended up being a little more than I wanted to spend, so he and Marc worked with another dealership to find exactly the right one in South Dakota that met my needs and my budget. They had it to me within the next two days, added my accessories (Thanks Tim!!), hand washed it and even filled the tank before I took off. Excellent experience and I plan to give plenty of referrals to Alex to friends looking for a no pressure, easy sales experience! Thanks Gateway!! More

Shouldn't be that difficult Well, my wife's car had some serious work done. On the whole, a very good job. The window was another matter. The passenger window motor was stuck. It Well, my wife's car had some serious work done. On the whole, a very good job. The window was another matter. The passenger window motor was stuck. It needed to be replaced. They did the work, but the day I picked up the vehicle, I was informed that the driver's side window motor was now broke. Are you kidding me? Fine, fix it. Well, another scheduled service and they replaced the window motor and it worked. Sort of. Seemed like it didn't operate like before. A month later, the window is stuck halfway open. What? Bring it back in and they tell me its the felt track that is missing and needs to be replaced. Let me get this straight, the window motor you replaced a few weeks ago is NOW missing a part. Fortunately, Tim my service manager went to bat for me and was able to get the work done for free, and I just had to cover the part. Not happy about the whole process and the lack of oversight to make sure that all repairs were done and done at a five star level. Will be very, very concerned about future service at this location. This was a service technician issue. More

CEL on my Z06 had flashed briefly Took my C7 Z06 in because of the flashing CEL. The tech did a great job diagnosing the issue and the service writer Tim was great to work with.
