I am also amazed that Richard Klaben greeted me by my first name considering how many people he encounters. I appreciate Kim’s upfront explanations in easy to understand terms, options, and guidance. Kim also looks out for my $ and assures the best. Kim even calls me back on her day off when I left a message to make sure I wasn’t stranded. I was told back in January that my water pump was going to need replaced sooner than later. When I had my car in on Monday, they told me it was starting to leak. I approved the work, and they wasted no tim to need replaced sooner than later. When I had my car in on Monday, they told me it was starting to leak. I approved the work, and they wasted no time getting the parts and getting the repair done in a timely manner. The Team really knows my car and driving habits, so they're always looking out for my safety. It's cheaper to address the problem when it's small instead of letting it get to a bigger, more costly repair/replacement. I trust them with my car. More

Great service department. My advisor, Mike, was with another guest and Sean stepped right in to get me started. Mike came back and finished the check in process throughly and My advisor, Mike, was with another guest and Sean stepped right in to get me started. Mike came back and finished the check in process throughly and quickly. We did a check of the vehicle together and he made sure all my questions were answered. I had concerns of intermintent brake noise they could not duplicate while I was there. Tom, the service manager, made sure to go on a test drive with me before the paperwork was completed to ensure my concern was addressed and there was no other issues. Tom runs a great shop/team and they earned all five stars! More
