I trust no one more than Mona Crooks and Klaben Ford to take care of my needs for my 2008 Ford Explorer and they do it in a timely manner. Mona is one of the sweetest, wonderful people that knows her busin take care of my needs for my 2008 Ford Explorer and they do it in a timely manner. Mona is one of the sweetest, wonderful people that knows her business, knows her customers and knows how to get things done. I have been a Klaben Ford customer for over 30 years and I keep coming back and Mona was my first person that I ever came in contact with at Ford 30 plus years ago and I continue to go to her and only her that's how much I trust her and Klaben to get my job done.
