Gregg Bain is the best!! And the dealership is top notch we have been very happy with our 2021 Highlander Platinum and about 4 years ago I bought a Jeep Wrangler from Joey in used cars. I can't say enough good things about the team at Toyota of Cleveland. The atmosphere was professional, very friendly, courteous and informative. I was never pressured. It was quite the contrary. Salesman Gregg Bain worked diligently and passionately to help me find the right Tacoma. Sales Mgr Shane DeFoor made me feel confident in the truck I chose. I believe it was Pre-owned Car Mgr Joey Abdullah that evaluated the value of my trade in and I was very pleased to get a very fair offer right off, no haggling. Inventory Mgr Audrey was very supportive and patient as I ordered up a new truck, days later changed that request but then purchased a vehicle off the lot. Thanks to Finance Mgr Alfred Polk for your assistance and patience. Thank you Service Mgr Tom Trout for steering me in the right direction. I was there for a fuel pump replacement (recall). Considering the work involved in replacing the pump, I was in and out in a relatively short period of time. There was no cost to me for the replacement due to the recall. I was told that I needed a new battery and spark plugs, but chose to buy the battery and have the plugs replaced elsewhere because of the major price differences. More
