This place is hands down the best dealership around. It started with a phone call and Nathan was able to do everything online before us driving up. We got there before closing but ended up not sealing the deal until after 10:00pm and they closed at 8:00pm. Not one time did they try to rush us or be anyway about having to stay late. Jeremy, Tyler, Tom and Justice were all amazing, and friendly and I couldn't imagine doing business with anyone else. So happy we decided to do Toyota of Cleveland. I absolutely love my Forerunner!! excellent service and resolution of problems. Would not take my truck anywhere else. A simple light bulb problem threw engine codes on my tundra. Although, they did not have the car on the lot that I wanted they searched for it and found it at anoth We were treated so kindly and professionally. I had requested a certain color and a certain model and they were able to find it for me in one day. We had an added feature put on in the service department and they could not have been nicer. The wait time was extremely reasonable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
