Although very disappointed with the poor desig Very satisfied with the entire process of recent torque converter replacement on our 2013 Toyota Camry. Although very disappointed with the poor design by Toyota of this transmission part, I was treated very well from beginning to end with the service department. My initial call to Tom Trout to discuss the issue was professional, friendly and courteous. The appointment he made for me to come in and have the issue evaluated went well and Anthony Durbin took his time in explaining the problem and how it would be handled under the Warranty Extension Program by Toyota. He ordered the replacement parts and set up another appointment to make the repair. Anthony explained that it should take about a half day or possibly just a little longer. The day of the repair they immediately took the car to the service area. During the time of the repair I was "checked on" by different members of the team to see if I needed anything, (drinks, snacks, etc.). Anthony came back with an update and just slightly over four hours the job was finished and I was on my way. Great people to deal with for service and repairs. More
