We were looking to buy a new car and are very happy with our experience at Honda. Our sales rep, Jake Overhand provided a wealth of information with no sales pressure. We had been looking to replace a car and had been to Toyota, Hyundai, Subaru and Honda. Trying out all the various cars for fit and feel. Jake took time with us and listened to what we were looking for. He suggested the Hybrid. We are very happy with our choice. Getting through the process was fairly quick with the finance department taking the time to explain everything we were signing.

I brought my car in for a problem with the A/C. The part ended up being covered by a manufacturer extended warranty. I am so grateful for that. Gardena Honda also did a multi point inspection to make sure everything else was in great running condition. Gardena Honda diagnosed and repaired what needed to be fixed, and had my car ready to go in just a couple of hours. The service guy Art, was very helpful and called keeping me informed of what was wrong with the A/C and when it would be ready. I also used their shuttle back to my house which was very convenient. 10/10 for Gardena Honda
