As a PA buyer purchasing from CT, I was initially hesitant about buying out of state, but after researching the dealership’s great reputation, I decided to move forward. Jerry DeJesus was absolutely amazing! Professional, kind, and truly focused on customer satisfaction. We had some normal negotiation, and they offered me a very competitive trade-in value. Within two days, I was driving home in the car I’d been looking for, and everything was exactly as promised. The whole process was smooth, honest, and stress-free. Bobby the GM and Kyle in finance were also great to work with. I’m so happy with my car and the overall experience - definitely one of the easiest, most pleasant car purchases I’ve ever made!

Sales team was very accommodating and easy to work with. They allowed me to take the vehicle for 3rd party inspection. Finance team was also very friendly and easy to work with. They were able to meet the rate that my local bank was offering. This allowed me to do financing on the spot. I had a lot of questions about buying out of state and the team took care of it all for me. Temporary plates and registration. Submitted my old plates in my home state and shipped me my new plates along with my states registration. This allowed me to drive away in the vehicle that day instead of days or weeks later. Great service!

One of the best experiences buying a car. All the staff were friendly and courteous. I told them I wanted to base the sale on the out the door price, not monthly payment and there was no pushback whatsoever. I was presented with a summary worksheet. We revised it a little bit and then I was given an updated one to sign. The only reason I did not give them 5 stars is because I made an appointment for a test drive 2 days in advance and when I got there the car was not ready.

I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
