She is professional, courteous and has the ability to explain what’s happening to my truck and how long it’s going to take in ways that I understand. I actually seek her out when I make my service appointments because I know I’m going to get great service from her. In the past, I have gone to other dealerships service departments, and always felt like they were talking down to me, like I wouldn’t understand what’s happening to my truck, which made me not really trust them. I have never felt that way with Cindy, and that’s why I keep coming back to Herb Chambers Service department in Braintree.

I will never buy another vehicle anywhere else! My husband grew up in the area and he and his family have always purchased their cars from Lamoureaux. Being from RI and having bought my cars from other larger dealerships I was skeptical to say the least. The second I stepped into the doors, however, right off the bat I could feel the difference. Being smaller and family owned they truly take their time and answer any and all questions that we had! Jordan was our salesman and for only having been there a short time he was extremely knowledgeable. Everyone that we dealt with through the entire process made us feel extremely comfortable and treated us like family. We will never go anywhere else!

Me and my Husband bought 2 Broncos from Kyle at Townsend Ford 1st was a Bronco Big Bend we did enjoy they treated us like family. We went in for an oul change my Husband was looking at the Raptor for a long time just thought it was a huge payment. We took it for a test drive he feel in love with the color and comfort still thinking no way to much. We left it in Brandon's hands he put the truck out back knowing he was going to treat us right and we would buy it.
