I have been shopping around for the better part of 6 months to find my next vehicle. Tess was very helpful getting me setup with an appointment to look at the rav4's. Then Kelvin was my salesman when I got to the lot. He was not pushy, and I felt he helped me make an informed decision. Would absolutely do business with Vann York again. Kelvin has made a customer for life. Financing with Russell was also very easy, he gave me my options and was able to explain them in a concise matter. Most pleasurable buying experience for me, the early 2000's was the last time I was so satisfied with the buying process. Thank you all very much!! I will be recommending you guys if I know anyone in the market for a vehicle.

I worked at the Toyota dealership in Sanford for 29 years and they refused to give me any discount. Eli was very aggressive with the price and got me the vehicle I desired. I have recommend others to go to Coxs Toyota.

Our salesman Richard Covington was forward thinking and found out what we wanted and had a demo available when we arrived. This review is not for the dealership, but specifically for service manager, Brandon R. Chestnutt. He unfortunately had to help me through a technical issue that was related to my car's splash shield and fender liner installments. Brandon was very professional, well-spoken, communicative and helpful. Previously, I never selected a specific advisor for my appointment visits. However, I will be scheduling future appointments with him given my positive experience, especially considering how anxiety-inducing car issues can become.

I’m blown away! Kindness, compassion, respect! These are words you don’t normally associate with car salesmen. Chris A. Was a God send. The service department gave me rough news about my old clunker and I never thought could get a new car with my credit. Between Chris and Nick I literally cried tears of gratitude in the office. In addition to all of this, my 2 year old was running around terrorizing the office and EVERYONE was so wonderful to both of us. I just can’t believe how wonder the people at this location are. I have been to many Toyota dealerships but this by far was the best experience and customer service I’ve ever had. Don’t go anywhere else. You’ll be missing out.

Second new car purchased from this dealer. No haggling or negotiations necessary. They offer a proposal which they honor without hidden fees or surprises later. Their price is considerably less than other dealerships and the service afterward is fast and efficient. I will likely trade cars every year at this dealership. I will add that this Toyota dealer is far different from others in the region.

Mr. Anthony Patrick is by far the best in customer service. When I called about the vehicle in interest he was quick to answer any questions we had and not your typical “pushy” salesman , he went above and beyond and sent pictures and videos of the vehicle so that we could look at it before we even arrived . Once we arrived we test drove and loved the vehicle. Mr Anthony made purchasing our vehicle a refreshing experience. We are incredibly grateful to the entire service team at Peterson Toyota. Jamira and Stephanny had our Tacoma thoroughly evaluated after a freak accident while driving from Philly to Fayetteville on 95. Within 3 hours they had it aligned and drivable so we could continue to Florida. Their service level was topnotch.

There were a few minor issues with the truck that didn't show in their pictures and of course none of it was mentioned prior to my 2 hour drive. The dealer refused to deliver the truck to me unless they were paid in full prior and wanted me to place a $1k non-refundable deposit. However, I purchased the truck anyway and I have been trying to get information from the salesman since but he has quit answering my messages. All I can tell you is be 100% before you hand them the money. 🤷‍♂️🙄
