I have been shopping around for the better part of 6 months to find my next vehicle. Tess was very helpful getting me setup with an appointment to look at the rav4's. Then Kelvin was my salesman when I got to the lot. He was not pushy, and I felt he helped me make an informed decision. Would absolutely do business with Vann York again. Kelvin has made a customer for life. Financing with Russell was also very easy, he gave me my options and was able to explain them in a concise matter. Most pleasurable buying experience for me, the early 2000's was the last time I was so satisfied with the buying process. Thank you all very much!! He unfortunately had to help me through a technical issue that was related to my car's splash shield and fender liner installments. Brandon was very professional, well-spoken, communicative and helpful. Previously, I never selected a specific advisor for my appointment visits. However, I will be scheduling future appointments with him given my positive experience, especially considering how anxiety-inducing car issues can become.

I’m blown away! Kindness, compassion, respect! These are words you don’t normally associate with car salesmen. Chris A. Was a God send. The service department gave me rough news about my old clunker and I never thought could get a new car with my credit. Between Chris and Nick I literally cried tears of gratitude in the office. In addition to all of this, my 2 year old was running around terrorizing the office and EVERYONE was so wonderful to both of us. I just can’t believe how wonder the people at this location are. I have been to many Toyota dealerships but this by far was the best experience and customer service I’ve ever had. Don’t go anywhere else. You’ll be missing out.
