I took my VW in for its 20k mile service appointment. Shelby greeted me on the service drive with a friendly smile. I explained why I was there and what I wanted done. She explained that they would do an inspection and go over the cost before any repairs are done. I had a concern regarding my windshield and she said she would have them look at it. They had my vehicle back to the technician very quickly. They were able to get everything done in a timely manner. Southwest Volkswagen service department is amazing.

I scoured the internet for 2 years to locate the car that I wanted. Kian motors had the car in their inventory. I took a chance and called Layne Elrod at Kian Motors. Right from the onset he treated me as a close friend and not as a salesman. He made sure every question I had was answered to my satisfaction. He was not pushy but wanted to make sure that I got the right car for the right price. The process of buying my car, having it shipped from Texas to Florida, and finalizing the paperwork and payment was very smooth. all because of Layne Elrod. I have seven daughters and when it comes time for their purchase, they will be calling Layne Elrod at Kian Motors first. All the way a pleasurable and stress free experience.

I am not the type of person to let anyone else work on let alone drive my vehicles. I have OCD and am particular about maintenance. David, Arik, and their team did an outstanding job walking me through their process, servicing my vehicle and ultimately giving me the level of service that you just don’t get anywhere else these days. I felt like they treated my truck as if it were their own. There were signs that additional care was taken when I inspected under the hood. Little things that most people don’t notice or care about. My service was more than routine- there was an invasive level of work. David stayed in constant communication and all of the work that was performed has not missed a beat since January. I am grateful to have crossed paths with this team as it is the only place I can trust. Thank you David and thank you Arik!

I liked Carlos—he’s great. My only comments are about the other office staff. I think that that cashier and office girls need to learn some better customer service. They don’t know how to address customers clearly. They look down when they are talking to customers which makes them hard to hear, and don’t look at customers like they matter. Lots of pointless side conversations with other staff that seems to slow them down in getting me checked out.
