Working with Ken was such a gratifying experience. The majority of car salespeople I have dealt with have been all suave, sleazy, and quick to try and unfurl you with psychological gimmicks. Ken was so upfront and forthright, I really appreciated his candor and honesty. I truly felt like he cared about Subaru as a company and so his sales pitch didn't feel unwarranted. He was comfortable to talk to and I would recommend him to anyone, especially someone else like me that doesn't know as much about cars. The Subaru itself is a dream and I look forward to returning to Balise Subaru to buy another car in the future!

This buying experience took all of 2.5 hours from test drive to driving away with my certified pre-owned. This is my 4th purchase from Premier. Also note - the service dept is very good always treated respectfully.

That speaks volumes as GOOD customer service nowadays can sometimes feel like a thing of the past. Marc DeBenedictis was my salesman, and he was great to work with. He listened to what I wanted in a car, took me out to test drive those cars, and found the color I really wanted. Marc was patient with me and gave me the space to process everything at my own pace. When it came time for me to make my decision to buy, he was ready, and moved at the speed of lightning to make it happen. All in all, it was an easy, no-pressure, but very thorough experience, and so far I'm lovin' my new car. Thanks Marc.

I just could not give an "excellent" rating because there were new problems that have cropped up with the new management at Subaru of Troy. I brought my car in for a NYS inspection. I always wait for my car in the lounge area. First thing I noticed was the tv was on a repeating commercial and never changed while I was there. Previously, the tv was on cable and game shows or talk shows were playing. Second thing I noticed was a sales person trying to talk customers into getting them to have an appraisal done on their car while it was in for service. He explained that their car can be used for a trade in on another vehicle and the benefits of purchasing a newer car. It seemed like I was there for hours with no tv to look at. I asked the service advisor about the tv not being utilized and was told that the tv was just a nuisance according to management. I don't think I will be waiting for my car on the next service trip. I also don't want a salesperson trying to get an appraisal on my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek. Please change the lounge area back to the way it used to be with the TV ON TO CABLE and NO SALESPERSON ANNOYING CUSTOMERS!

just bought my third Suburu from Suburban and honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. salespeople are knowledgeable and no pressure. Amanda was my salesperson and was very patient as I looked at multiple vehicles and then she found me my perfect one. Finance lady was also great...found me an amazing rate AND a discounted bumper to bumper warranty for 9 years (Not that any of my Suburus have needed it: 8 years with my last Forester and no issues at all) a really wonderful experience with this team
