Jourdan is extremely compassionate and professional. She took us through the entire shopping experience from identifying models, features and budgets and deciding between purchasing and leasing. Jourdan also stayed late on our first visit to the dealership to enable us to test drive multiple cars and explore options and then stayed even later the second time we came back to close the deal. She made the process of new car shopping extremely joyful. We ultimately leased a car that Jourdan had to acquire from another location. We could not have asked for a better experience. Jourdan educated us on the ins and outs of leasing since it was our first lease. I would highly recommend this Herb Chambers location for the experience that Jourdan created for us. She made shopping for a new car feel like shopping with friends.

We went expecting not much - Colonial just had the exact car on their used lot that we were looking for. Well, we have spend many hours with kids at dealers in the Worcester area over the years - this was fast. Test drive, A few forms and we came back later in the day finding everything ready to sign! Craig kept moving things along, explaining whatever we asked and had amazing patience with our 6-year old. In short nothing but kind and helpful. And yes - just for the record, it is possible to find the keys to the car that is blocking the way and to the one you am want to test drive in under 5 minutes!!!
