I needed AWD and to trade in an older hybrid with the early generation starter battery issue where if you don't drive it every day, it doesn't start up easily. I worked with Junior and my experience was great. I went in to get a quote on my car, which was a little low, but they upped it when pressed, and I got to test drive a clean, functional AWD SUV. The price for the car was the price on the website. No gimmicks. The trade was easy, the price was fair, the finance department was straightforward, no pressure, no weird tricks to get me to sign for more stuff, just clean, clear work. They got me new plates, helped with the paperwork and were very laid back. This is a good dealership.

I ultimately didn't buy here due to a simple lack of inventory (I wanted a Prius Prime XSE in guardian gray, and they unfortunately they didn't have any in stock), but I still wanted to write a review to express appreciation for Joel and Harley. Joel in sales was kind and didn't apply any pressure on me whatsoever, and Harley in finance offered a helpful breakdown of what a leasing option would look like. I found them to be excellent to deal with and trusted what they were telling me in terms of pricing and options, and again, most importantly, they didn't pressure me whatsoever and simply talked me through my options. If they'd had inventory there, I would have absolutely purchased with them and recommend them highly if you're considering your own purchase.
