I had an amazing experience purchasing my Volvo XC90. My salesman Jose was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The dealership was very neat and clean. The whole experience was wonderful. This is the first time I’ve ever bought a Volvo and I probably will come back to buy another one in the future because of my experience. The dealership met and exceeded all my expectations. I began the tedious process of buying a car with my son. The second stop we made was World Volkswagen. Rob Bilek greeted us, showed us cars that matched the description that we gave and offered to sit down and chat. At that point we were still looking at all options. He said he would be here if and when we decided to come back. Every other dealer we went to tried to pull the “used car salesman” nonsense. “What can you afford per month? Showed us things out of our price range. What do we have to do to get you in this car today?” This type of pressure went on for days. We were very discouraged, but remembered Robert Bilek and how real he was. We went back, and we are glad we did. Rob and Dylan Amos, the finance manager, were wonderful. They helped us find the car we were looking for, explained the financing, and even helped us with car insurance comparisons. I would highly recommend this dealership, but especially this team! Thank you guys!!!

She was patient with me and made the process simple and clear. She truly went above and beyond! I got off the phone and called a friend immediately about DCH Honda in Old Bridge. The dealership had limited parking. When they prepped the car, it took longer than anticipated, and I had to come back to pick it up due to a work meeting. After picking up the car, I still found bits of plastic and tape that had not been removed. Despite the extra time, they also did install the front license plate holder, and I had to make an third trip to have it installed. There is a sticky substance on the dashboard that I brought the car back to have removed, and is still present.
