Our experience was extremely frustrating. Our negative experience occurred once they found out we had a corporate discount. They made it know that they were not happy about giving us this di Our negative experience occurred once they found out we had a corporate discount. They made it know that they were not happy about giving us this discount. We ordered our car. Then we decided to go with our own local bank. It then became extremely difficult to work with sales department. We left several messages with our sales person to give us the exact amount of the car purchase. In addition, the bank called. No response!!! With only 1 hour before the bank closed, they responded to the bank. To make matters worst, the dealership provided 3 different amounts we owed. So the bank cut a check and we ended up having to put some on our credit card. The last straw was when they showed us the car, it was not the one we had picked out. The interior was totally a different color. They told us we could wait another two weeks if we really wanted the car we wanted. To top it off, we found plugs in the glove compartment when we got home that needed to be placed in the undercarriage of the car. We called another dealership who helped us. On a positive note, we love driving the car. More

After Prestige Toyota in Kingston NY, which is only 15 minutes from my home, damaged my 2018 Tacoma and tried to cover it up. They fought against paying for the repair, not to mention no one other than the service manager who caused the problem reached out to me. So, I tried DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota, they are an hour drive for me, so quality counted. I can't be more satisfied with the service I received at DCH. Everyone was pleasant and took the time to explain everything and find out my concerns. I not only recommend DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota but scheduled a follow up appointment with them. Remember they are an hour drive, and I'm using them again, that should say it all. Great job DCH, Prestige Toyota could learn about customer service, satisfaction, and how to treat loyal customers from you. After I spent more than $200,000.00 myself at Prestige over the last 20 years, not to mention friends and family, they lost my business. March 09, 2022, update Not only did I recommend DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota in my last review, but I also used them again on March 10th, as I stated I was going to. Not only was the service fantastic the second time, but I was also charged 20% less than originally quoted. No-one is perfect, but it's how you treat people that counts. So far DCH has gone above and beyond my expectations. If I'm willing to drive an hour for service and repairs, that company better be above what I expect, and DCH has surpassed all my expectations. Great people, great service, and great prices. Thanks again DCH, for renewing my confidence in a Toyota dealership. I can only comment on my experience and let me say after reading some of the poor reviews for DCH, and then how I was treated, I can't understand the POOR reviews. I will say again based on how I was treated and how my vehicle was treated, I can't say anything negative about DCH. More
