Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Was greeted by salesman upon entering the showroom and did not have to wait. Well stocked inventory! It was very busy with a lot of people in the showroom that day but my salesman Kurt Kuehsel was incredibly patient with me as I was very particular in what I was looking for in a car. He worked with me to get me into a car that best suited my needs and I was quite pleased when I drove away! I would recommend Kurt and DCH to any of my family or friends. Came in for recall to 2020 Highlander low fuel light being inaccurate per dealer rep. There was no issue with the light coming on late prior to the service, but once they did the recall service update, being inaccurate per dealer rep. There was no issue with the light coming on late prior to the service, but once they did the recall service update, now we have 15 miles to empty when the light comes on. Was at least 50 miles prior. So they broke something that was working with an update. More
