For many years the DeNooyer Family has been servicing generations of customers with all of their automotive needs. Starting in 1943 with my grandfather, Jerry, in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the DeNooyer Family strives for customer satisfaction by treating every customer sincerely and fairly. Employees' morale plays a large part in this process. Our business was founded on honesty and integrity and we extend that to our employees as well as our customers. Some of our sales employees have been with us for over 25 years, learning more about the industry, community, and our customers' needs every day. Our service and body shop technicians and parts personnel are no different. Over the past 35 years, our technicians have serviced hundreds of thousands of vehicles. We have some technicians that have been with us for almost 30 years. They know some customers' vehicles better than their own. Working on your vehicle to them is like working on their own. Safety comes first! They pride themselves on making sure the job is done right the first time. It is because of this, that generations of customers send their vehicles to DeNooyer Chevrolet for all of their servicing needs.
My responsibility at the dealership is to make sure my family traditions hold true. Nothing is more important to me and my "family" than knowing that everyone that walks into DeNooyer Chevrolet has left 100% satisfied 100% of the time. I accept this challenge and hope that I am as successful in doing so as my father and grandfather were. Quoted me a price to replace an engine on a 08 Avalanche. $9316! Price was outrageous, over charged on parts. Complained about the outrageous price since I am a 100% disabled Veteran. They dropped a grand $9316! Price was outrageous, over charged on parts. Complained about the outrageous price since I am a 100% disabled Veteran. They dropped a grand off. Then date promised to be completed was a week and half late once they receive the engine from Jasper. The final date when it was ready they added another $524 fee for Spark Plugs and wires that didn’t come with the engine! Not sure why they didn’t use the original wires at least and definitely replace the plugs but for an additional charge of $524. Drove vehicle one day and service light came on for “battery not charging” and it had to be brought back. No vehicle offered while I wait to see what the mechanic did wrong. Poor communication, the service advisor went home early so no phone call. The next morning I called the dealership got the service advisor and he went and checked on it. Findings- they’re not quite sure might be the ground wire to the new engine block so they cleaned it up. This dealership is horrible at communication and screw over their customers on all part charges. Catering only to the wealthy. This Retired Combat Veteran has to sell his beloved Avalanche now to pay off the $10,000 Repair bill for a remanufactured engine that took from January 24th to March 18th to get my truck back and to pay for a rental car for over a month. More

The Denooyer team made this purchase an enjoyable experience.
