Upon arrival I was approached by the attendant outside and asked if I had an appointment. He then took me inside and advised me of the service advisor that would be handling my vehicle. Waited a few minut and asked if I had an appointment. He then took me inside and advised me of the service advisor that would be handling my vehicle.
