When I first spoke with Shelby over the phone and explained my concerns with my truck, Shelby demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about my vehicle’s current issues. From the moment I entered the service garage, Shelby showed a great deal of professionalism. She approached me, introduced herself, and began to check my vehicle in. Shelby explained everything in detail, making sure I understood the necessary process of the warranty repair. I also explained my issue with another local dealership, and Shelby never spoke ill of them. She stayed professional. What stood out the most was her commitment to keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process. I greatly appreciated her constant communication, which helped alleviate any concerns I had. Shelby was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the experience much easier. Unfortunately, I did not meet the Service Technician Tyler. I will say that my vehicle had almost 200 more miles than when I dropped it off. That clearly tells me that Tyler took the time to investigate my concerns. He also gave, in great detail, his findings and any repairs he completed. Tyler the truck is running GREAT!!! Thank you!
