Over the past decade we have purchased more than 10 vehicles from Klaben Ford in Kent, Ohio. It's not the closet Ford dealership to our downtown Cleveland location - but in my opinion it's the best! Over the past 30+ years we have purchased many vans and pickup trucks from a variety of dealerships but we continue to return Klaben Ford when we need a new vehicle. Our sales person, Doug Carter, has always looked out for our best interest and has gone above and beyond a typical dealership by locating vehicles (sometimes very hard to find) that meet our needs and our budget. Our recent purchase was efficient as always, from the financing with Jennifer Bowen and Doug's personal and attentive service that makes the dealership so great.
