Mid November my father was involved in an accident and needed collision work done on his GMC Terrain. My previous dealings, I knew there was only one place in mind, Klaben. Insurance was quick to deem a total loss which was unacceptable so Artie and myself fought and finally got the insurance to approve repairs.
