Maybe it was time for the washer to break or maybe it was over tightened. The drip continued for a couple of days; maybe it was not possible to wipe off the oil, or maybe it is not important to the service department. On a previous service for battery installation, the vehicle would not start the following day. My call into the service dept. was met by the question, " Do I know how to start my hybrid vehicle? Finally, my husband removed the cables and wire brushed the new battery terminals to repair the oversight. These are relatively routine service calls but these and other visits have limited my faith in the service dept. at Lithia. More

My ‘new’ vehicle is a used 2017 Tacoma with approximately 20,000 miles. The only service I’ve had done is an alignment which seems to be fixed. I’m not sure of the names you referenced. I always replace the engine olie every 6 months and usually they rotate the wheels free, but even though my car warranty is up to 2 years, is only the rotation of the wheels and a little wiper wiping t usually they rotate the wheels free, but even though my car warranty is up to 2 years, is only the rotation of the wheels and a little wiper wiping the water in the mirror cannot be clear must be replaced and the wheel rotation must be paid for. Even though I bought a 2017 RAV4 car at a dealer here, it should be like that, there should be no more costs, I'm a bit sorry with the Toyota Service, please review this incident again, thank you.
