The salesman was respectful. Even though True car gave me a sheet for a car including a vin#, the car was a month before arriving and already promised to another customer. Then they brought up a more expensive car instead. I was a little bothered by this and left. I even filed a FTC complaint and told Jonathan. At the time the salesman said all dealers do that and he was correct as I looked at several Toyota dealership. It is still illegal now. Jonathan, to his credit kept contacting me and offering me a good OTD price for the car I wanted. He gave me signed OTD sheet and ordered my car. I had to wait a month but Jonathan gave me updates the whole period. My financial guy was straight forward since I paid cash. He didn’t try anything fishy which I had researched closely. More

Service department is terrible! Service rep said no long offer rides home. The person who made the appointment, on the phone, said would cost $15. I had told the person on the phone and thought I mentioned to service rep. Service rep said would be $300, and take 3 to 4 housrs to check. I left went a garage near my house, the receptionist, said let me check. Was back in a minute. She had a small computer in her hand and told me I had not put the gas cap on correctly. She showed me, and the light went out. There was no charge. More
