I had a very positive experience working with the team at MB of Silver Spring. From the time I walked in the door until I drove my new car off the lot I could not have had an easier time purchasing a car. T MB of Silver Spring. The finance person May explained all of my options in detail, the sales manager Keith took me for a test drive and my salesperson Charlie was terrific. I had a very pleasant experience working with Julius. He was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and provided me with excellent customer service. I've had a '94 E320, currently drive a '00 C230 was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions, and provided me with excellent customer service. I've had a '94 E320, currently drive a '00 C230, and was looking to step into the future with a newer model. I had sooooooo many questions about the newer models, my concerns with the technology, and the specs versus what I currently have. He answered ALL of my questions, and never pressured a sale once. I visited several Mercedes dealerships in the area, and was not happy at all with their Customer Service, but due to inventory being low across the board for Pre-Owned Vehicles, I ended up purchasing with another dealer :-( Mercedes-Benz of SS, keep up the good work, doing an awesome job with customer service, and when I'm ready for my next upgrade, I will be back! More

MB of Silver Spring was great to work with, and I’m glad I went to them for the purchase of my very first Mercedes! I ordered the GLE350 back in May and I was told the car would be here by August, and they I went to them for the purchase of my very first Mercedes! I ordered the GLE350 back in May and I was told the car would be here by August, and they delivered on that promise! They consistently updated me on the status of the build, and purchase day went seamlessly. They honored the special deal on the purchase price as indicated back in May, and I walked away a happy customer with a brand new, beautiful Benz! Thank you for a great experience! More

The car service at this location is HORRIBLE! The advisors are inaccessible. They make no effort to observe appt times. They didn't put my car back together.
