I requested information online regarding a particular deal that was being offered. I was able to get confirmation on the drive-out price and had pretty much all the information I needed before I even went for a test drive. Set up a late appointment to head that way from Tuscaloosa after work since Tuscaloosa dealership wasn't able to meet the price I was getting. Worked with Gabby on the test drive and bought the car the same night. Very easy process. She also had to stay late because the financing team was backed up and she stayed with us and showed me how to sync my phone and some of the important features. My only negative was from the financing standpoint that I just don't know if I really received a good deal as far as the warranty was concerned. It took me until after agreeing to a warranty plan to finally see my APR and my monthly payments. I may have gotten a great deal, but I just left feeling like I didn't truly know what I was paying for until I agreed to the warranty.

I haven't searched for a new car in 17 years and after a week of exhausting searching and dealing with car dealers, I found this place one night and called them Monday morning because they had the car of my dreams, which I thought was far out of my reach. I spoke to Tyler at this dealership and told him what I had already looked at and what I could afford and what I wanted and he completely delivered! I was in shock and amazed at how efficient these guys were. My salesman was Dylan Vines, a young, ambitious lover of classic rock music, which I was delighted to work with. Tyler, Dylan and Elliott made it possible for me to have the car of my dreams at a price I can afford, I cannot thank them enough! If you want a Honda, this is the place to go. I don't know how Tyler did it, but he kept his promise to me that if I drove from Pensacola to Daphne, Al, he would make it worth my while, and it happened. These guys rock! Do not even hesitate to go see the wonderful people at this dealership.

My daughters, 2 dogs and I were involved in a car wreck in front of Serra Honda of Sylacauga. We are so grateful for the kindness of the employees at this place of business. They went out of their way to help us get settled in their office while we waited for my husband to pick us up as my car had had to be towed. When Richey in the service department realized that I would be without a car for a few days , he promptly found one for us to drive. To have these nice people reach out when I was stressed and a little shaken was such a blessing and I am so grateful for their kindness. Upon returning their car a few days later, Richey would not let us pay him and said he was glad to help us out at a difficult time. Truly thankful for our friends at Serra Honda!

I purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot last week from King Honda in Auburn. I was never pressured to purchase, I've purchased quite a few cars over the years, and i Must say that King Honda has my business and I will not hesitate to send family and friends their way. The Sales Manager, Randall, gave me a fair price for my trade, and answered every question that I had without acting like i was wasting his time, like most Managers do in the car business. The owner, Dave King, actually came out to introduce himself while I was there.

Great service. Was in and out in thirty minutes. Tech Austin did a very thorough inspection in addition to the oil change. Actually pointed out a transmission leak that I was unaware of. Also checked tire depth, pressure, and fluids.

I needed a car badly! I live own Minimum Wage it's hard. I'd bought from Brannon before and had excellent results so I went.back and when I had exhausted my expectations due to my income and trade-in for the Used car I wanted I was about to leave and told Mr Patric Rincher I would be back sometime this year. He told me to wait a minute then minutes later he ask me to come outside. He had the same car in a slightly different color with a few more thousand miles, crispy clean, brand new tires, new windshield wipers, full of gas, certified with a 60,000 mile fresh service and a Lifetime PowerTrain Warranty with Full Warranty up to 100,000 miles. I had a car that needed over $2000.00 worth of work on it to be safe and at the time couldn't afford it but now I'm driving a car that looks and drives new. Had it not been for Mr. Rincher I'd be walking! Thank you Brannon Honda for hiring Mr Rincher. I'll be back in a few years for another deal. If you purchase a vehicle from Jim Skinner, purchase the Gap Insurance then down the road decide to trade in the vehicle and ask for the prorated gap insurance premium they will out right lie to you. I guess they think its coming out their pocket. This is not how you do business with your customers. I wouldn't buy a bicycle there.
Worse dealer - upset mustang lady
Purchased a auto received free oil change..had oil changed in July 2017 next morning slipped on oil that had leaked out of my auto broke my wrist. Called dealer they said bring to them they would check for the problem I said no there was no oil in my car they needed to have wrecker to pick up i was on by way to hospital. I called several times always voice message for service manager and owner/manager B Townsend the same no calls except to tell me car was ready to pick up oil drain plug not tighten.
This business is awful I hope that they know word of mouth can make or break you,,I wouldn't treat a dog the way I was treated by this dealer....

I TRIED to purchase a new 2016 Honda Civic EXr from them. I found that they and another out of state dealership had the exact car that I was looking to purchase for my daughter. I contacted both of them the same night (3 nights ago) and out of state dealership sent me a quote that night and I even received a phone call that wasn't pushy at all about the potential purchase. After talking with the other dealer I received a quote (both written & verbal) that was fantastic in my opinion. 2 days later I finally got a generic email quote back from JD Honda and it was $2000 more than the other. I emailed them that I had a much better quote from another dealer and Zac Biddle (salesman at JD Honda) basically called me a liar, that the other dealership had fees for "this & that" that they hadn't discussed with me and that I didn't have a written quote!!!! I forwarded the email quote to him and asked if he could match it and instead of just saying that they couldn't he continued to badmouth/belittle the other dealership. That's HORRIBLE business and I'd tell anyone to look elsewhere!

Just car shopping Honda Fit and Civic. Stopped at Grissom and talked with salesperson Lisa Fornes. She spent a lot of time with us, checked every question we asked, we took both cars on test rides over all kinds of roads from city to highway, potholes, backroads, etc. We got a great sample of how both vehicles handled (they are very different) Very attentive and friendly, Lisa really represented this dealership (and Honda) well!
We haven't purchased yet, but hope if we choose Honda that we can work the deal with Lisa at Grisson.
