Purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot Black Edition this week. I asked the salesman multiple times for the final price. He showed me the final negotiated price which was agreeable then showed monthly payments below that which factored in $2500 in hidden fees for mud flaps, spray on wax, and tape on the door edges. All of this was mentioned multiple times as "complimentary" and "included". I caught the hidden fees at the time of document signing when the final sales price did not match the final sales price on the deal we agreed on. STAY far away from this place. When we trade next year I will go somewhere else and you should as well.

Bought a bed extender for my Ridgeline. Parts were shipped loose and came dented and scratched up. No directions provided in box. Dealer emailed directions and offered to replace part. Problem is that without any packing material around the parts they will simply end up damaged again. Bolts to secure latches stripped with ease so buy your own bolts to secure. After I put it together the straps for snapping it down were both 1-1/2” too short and were worthless. I don’t know about selling cars, but as a parts dealer I’d recommend going somewhere else to get what you need.

Excellent Service Department, Lousy sales Department, Insulting, condescending and arrogant. Prices above average and unwillingness to discount due to "Vehicle shortage" while their lot is full of vehicles that have been sitting for months.
Taking advantage of COVID to gouge customers, is disrespectful of long time Honda owners. i will drive hundreds of miles before I will buy a car from a dealer that uses these tactics.

Just car shopping Honda Fit and Civic. Stopped at Grissom and talked with salesperson Lisa Fornes. She spent a lot of time with us, checked every question we asked, we took both cars on test rides over all kinds of roads from city to highway, potholes, backroads, etc. We got a great sample of how both vehicles handled (they are very different) Very attentive and friendly, Lisa really represented this dealership (and Honda) well!
We haven't purchased yet, but hope if we choose Honda that we can work the deal with Lisa at Grisson.

Was stranded on the side of the road trying to figure out where to tow my Honda after a fender bender. I called the service department and was told the manager would call me back within 15 min. An hour later they still hadn’t called, so I called them again and was put on hold for 15 min. They were rude and told me they couldn’t work on it without even knowing the specific issue. Really glad I didn’t have it taken there now after I read all the poor reviews.
*Also, Honda roadside assistance never showed up to tow us. After they told me someone would be there in 120 minutes, I waited over two hours in the hot Sun with my daughter only for them to call me back and tell me there is no one in my area that can tow me. No one in Dothan? After a google search, I found someone to come tow me to their repair shop, and they were there in thirty minutes. So Honda roadside is is worthless.

I was never pressured to purchase, I've purchased quite a few cars over the years, and i Must say that King Honda has my business and I will not hesitate to send family and friends their way. The Sales Manager, Randall, gave me a fair price for my trade, and answered every question that I had without acting like i was wasting his time, like most Managers do in the car business. The owner, Dave King, actually came out to introduce himself while I was there.

WORST experience we’ve ever had. We went to Sam Boswell Honda to look at a Honda Odyssey and trade in our vehicle. We didn’t agree on the trade in value of our car. KBB WAS $2000 more dollars. They initially offered us $2500 less then KBB. Our request was based on KBB, Carfax and Carvana and at a time when used cars are selling for top dollar. Our sales person, Kendall was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet and answering all of our questions and doing her best. The problem we had was when the sales manager JAMIE CHRISTIAN came to the table. After telling him we would like more for our vehicle or if he could budge on his price of the used vehicle he became irrational and making a scene in front of the whole sales room. I guess he doesn’t like to negotiate things (his words “I don’t know what this going back and forth stuff is”) but isn’t that part of buying cars? If we weren’t able to come to a deal, then we understood that. It was how irate he got when we didn’t agree to the deal he was trying to give us. At the end he throws his hands in the air and starts raising his voice looking at everyone around us and shouting “was I rude, was I rude, was I rude”. At this point we were extremely embarrassed and calmly said that’s okay we will try somewhere else. Packed our three small children up and left. So if you would like a positive car buying experience please stay away from Sam Boswell and especially stay away from Jaime.

Horrible experience with Brian the finance manager. Not professional at all. Customer service is terrible. Service department needs to improve. No one is on one accord. The general manager would not even speak with us to hear our concern. Will never shop here again or recommend this dealership. Mr JJ taylor is the only reason why I’m not putting a worse review. He at-least tried to get the issue resolved. At this point beware of Brian the internet sales manager the service department has issues and management will not speak with you. This dealership’s management is willing to take your money but not hear your concerns. Buyers beware. I usually never post negative reviews, but after almost 2 weeks of this nonsense, something had to be said. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND
