Brought in my vehicle for check engine light. Milage on vehcle 17834 at that time. I was told the issue was caused by dirt in the PVC valve and the cable. I have a 100,000 mile 10 year bumper to bumper warranty. I was told it wasnt covered because of the dirt. I paid for the parts and the labor. After the repair was done they told me that if the check engine light came on I would have to replace the entire system at my cost. After 3 weeks the engine check light came on.
I took it to Findlay GMC Chevy in BHC instead. There I learned the work previously done should have been covered under warranty. On inspection the workmanship done previously was poor. Findlay did the repairs in about 2 hours plus got my money refunded.
I had determined if what I was told in Kingman was correct I would have traded my GMC Sierra for another truck from a different manufacturer. So no I would not recommend Kingman Chevy,Buick and have already told some other friends that own silverados about my experience,

A transmission harness was incorrectly installed by Flagstaff GMC on my 2009 Sierria GMC which resulted in additional diagnoses and repair performed by Terry Marxen Chevrolet this past summer. Additional cost of initial defective installation by Flagstaff GMC was $789 including rental car during repair period. I approached Flagstaff GMC general manager and got promises and excuses via one-on-one, telephone, and text. This has been ongoing for 5 months. They don't respond unless caught unexpectedly via phone or text. General Manager's mail box is permanently full. Verbal and texted promised responses are not fulfilled. They ignore any request for response. They ignored BBB requests for attention. Why would you consider doing business with a company like this?

If I could rate this place a zero star i would.. the people there have no information about the vehicle and then when there is a issue you have to fight to get it fixed even though you spend 5k on a warranty. Then you leave a review on Google and "the owner" says he would like to discuss the issue leaves no phone number and then you left with calling the same people you had a issue with from the beginning. Bought 2 cars cash over 70k and nothing but issues after they got there money. They told us they would buff the scratches out of one of our cars that were in it when we bought it waited over 2 weeks got the car with the same road debri that was on the car when it went into service. I have to spend 400$ the have a outside company buff it and the as well told me the car was not buffed.. that is only some of the issues.. do not buy from this place. I will continue to write reviews on this place so people can be informed. BUYER BEWARE.

Came in for an issue on my Cadillac ATS-V that no one prior could seem to pinpoint. The service director handed me off to Britt Rivington. Britt was great with communication and would follow up with me every few days to let me know what they have found and to relay info between myself and the tech. He would also keep me looped in on the status of incoming parts, and give me pretty realistic ETAs. Overall, the whole repair took a bit longer than anticipated, but working with Britt made it quite easy and assuring with his frequent contact. My car is back now and running like new, couldn't be more satisfied!
