I had an outstanding experience at this Honda dealership - Moh

I had an outstanding experience at this Honda dealership from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and never made me feel pressured. Kevin the sales manager and Dwayne my sales consultant took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. The dealership was clean and organized, and everyone I interacted with genuinely cared about providing great customer service. I left feeling confident that I got a fair deal and was treated with honesty and respect. If you’re looking for a dealership that values its customers and makes car buying enjoyable, I highly recommend giving them a visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for future vehicles and service!

Amazing experience! - Jose Escobar.

Amazing experience! Manuel kept me updated throughout the service, answered all of my questions, and had my truck back to me in great shape. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days, and they definitely exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this Honda dealership to anyone looking for honest, reliable service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Thank you for the great experience!

Absolutely avoid, overpriced. - nickiemharrisrn

Absolutely avoid, overpriced. Unprofessional. Inattentive. Jimmy Thompson and John Lane angry men. Angel sales uninformed. I was lied to about my car’s fuel needs, an overpriced, practically worthless maintenance plan was sold to me by Jimmy Thompson who lied about where the car would be serviced. I was not given full disclosure of my car’s maintenance history. I ran out of gas on the way home from purchasing car, but cause they didn’t tell me my tank was empty (2.3 miles is all I needed to drive). After purchase research informed for what I bought I had been overcharged approx $5000. Reviews on Yelp share others feel gouged as well. Phone calls go unreturned. Receptionist repeatedly sent me to wrong departments or people. Lack of knowledge. It took dealership 9 months to follow through on repairing small leather tears and cosmetic fix on outside of car. Just never returned my calls, for months. Lots of excuses. Finance, Jimmy Thompson refuses to make an appt for me to sign necessary paperwork so as not to waste my time. I have to drop in and wait. He was absolutely verbally abusive yesterday. Had their been a camera in his office HR would have certainly intervened. I want a refund for the maintenance plan. Obviously I am not a priority and he took his frustrations out on me. He lacks impulse control! I dread having to see him to sign papers to cancel the plan, I’m literally very nervous. I couldn’t sleep last night. I have bought cars at 5 dealerships and this is by far the worst. Please note, the owner, John Hawkins, an older but extremely sharp gentleman who lives out of state is honest, kind and in every way honorable. He helped me twice when I had nowhere left to turn. John Lane called him “old and retired, not relevant”. I don’t know how much Mr. Hawkins is involved in daily operations, but when I needed him he was available and problems that had been dragged on for months were solved in minutes. This dealership is to be avoided at all costs.

Purchased a crv in may and a civic in July. Great customer service, honest, and very transparent system they use for numbers. Highly recommend.

My experience at Dublin Honda was extremely - pastorbianco

My experience at Dublin Honda was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this dealership based on how the purchase process was handled. The biggest issue is that after we discussed and greed on the the numbers, the salesperson, Peter, included an additional $1,900 charge for LoJack that appeared in very the fine print at the bottom of the paperwork (sneaky, right?). We did not appreciate finding such a significant extra charge presented that way. It felt like something that should have been discussed clearly and upfront rather than buried in the documents. To make matters worse, after agreeing on the deal, we were left waiting for nearly two hours with very little communication while waiting to be called into the finance office. We spent most of that time simply sitting there looking at the ceiling with no updates, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. After driving the vehicle for a longer distance, we discovered that one of the tires was defective. To Dublin Honda's credit, they eventually replaced the tire. However, this was sold to us as a Honda Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and a defective tire is something I believe should have been identified during the certification inspection before the car was offered for sale. Because we live in Redwood City, returning to Dublin meant another long drive, additional time away from work and family, and a great deal of inconvenience for an issue that should never have occurred in the first place. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and customers deserve complete transparency, a thorough inspection process, and respect for their time. Between the surprise $1,900 LoJack charge, the excessive wait to complete the purchase, and having to make another trip because a certified vehicle had a defective tire, this experience fell well short of my expectations. I hope Dublin Honda takes customer feedback seriously and improves its sales process by being more transparent about optional products, ensuring Certified Pre-Owned vehicles meet the standards customers expect, and treating customers' time with the respect they deserve.

I sold my 2023 Honda HR-V to Envision Honda of Milpitas - Aireen

I sold my 2023 Honda HR-V to Envision Honda of Milpitas on May 2, 2026, for an agreed purchase price. It has been over a month, and the dealership has failed to issue my remaining equity check. The vehicle has been officially paid off in full and closed at the bank for nearly three weeks, yet I have received zero financial resolution. Extremely disappointed with the post-sale financial handling and lack of transparency. Avoid selling your vehicle here unless you want your funds withheld indefinitely.

Words cannot fully express how incredible my experience - Pari Ellis

Words cannot fully express how incredible my experience was with Mo Elsherbiny at Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. I recently bought a Honda HR-V from him, and he completely blew me away with his professionalism. Our process took about two months, and throughout the entire time, Mo went above and beyond to stay in touch. He personally inspected vehicles as they landed at the dealership, and if he felt a car wasn't absolutely perfect for me, he would tell me immediately. His level of honesty and integrity is incredibly rare in this industry. Mo is a true professional who genuinely cares about his clients' happiness, completely rejecting the typical "quick sale" mentality. He transformed what is usually a stressful process into something completely seamless, easy, and enjoyable. I am a customer for life and cannot recommend Mo highly enough!

Excellent service--everything explained fully and service - ELFRIEDADE

Excellent service--everything explained fully and service done in a timely manner. Doug was a very pleasant and professional.

Poor service. - Ginaglasser

Poor service. Promises not kept. No follow up’s. Dissatisfied. Paid $3500 and not 100% complete. My “service advisor “ never returned calls or emails. Spoke to manager in service; he assured me they would resolve. Never happened. Reported complaint to state

This dealership is professionally run! - sf

This dealership is professionally run! Nice to find such a place. Today I serviced my 2026 Honda there for the first time and they exceeded all of my expectations. They provided maintenance services at no fee that I’d planned on paying for and everyone that I dealt with in person where very helpful and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting the service manager Danial Hagar who gladly welcomed me into his office and was exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful. My service advisor John Goehle was great. His prompt responses, high degree of professionalism, helpful nature, and long experience were like a breath of fresh air in today’s environment. Internal service advisor Alex Hernandez was also very helpful on my initial drop-off visit, helping me get everything ready for my upcoming appointment. The front desk sales receptionist was also very polite, outgoing, and kind. On the day that I dropped my car off, I had the opportunity to see inside of their service garage area. It’s very clean, orderly, modern, large, and well equipped (with many professional grade car lifts of various types). The service garage just had an overall clean, orderly, and professional feel to it which gave me confidence. I also really liked their online service department appointment scheduling website as it allows the customer to choose exactly what services are wanted, choose the products to be used, and see the exact total cost for all chosen services in advance. Plus there is the opportunity to write specific notes and requests to the service advisor in advance (thus minimizing any confusion). I haven’t purchased a vehicle from this dealership, but after experiencing their service department (and after seeing their sales area and sales staff from a distance), I wouldn’t hesitate at all to also buy a car from here. I’m happy to use their service department from now on. Scott F.

Transparent and got me in and out with my new car. - ASAP

Transparent and got me in and out with my new car. No games or gimmicks; much appreciated.

This was my first visit to Hayward Honda after years of - JackiePBP

This was my first visit to Hayward Honda after years of horrible experiences at Autonation Honda Fremont. Everything about my service visit to Hayward Honda was fantastic! I was greeted within 90 seconds of arriving (I didn't have to hunt someone down). My service advisor (Enrique) was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I was given timely updates without asking. My car was ready early. I was offered a Lyft ride. They washed my car. Great coffee machine in waiting area. They did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. It was so incredibly painless I will only come here going forward. Not sure why I waited so long.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a - A Gill

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I came in just to take a look at the vehicle and test drive. The last time I bought a vehicle was 5 years ago and I did not have a good experience. I felt like I was pressured into purchasing a vehicle. The salesperson Omar, was very professional, respectful and patient with me, unlike my last experience at another dealership. Also Ron the manager was very nice, and professional! I would recommend this dealership to buy and purchase a honda!! Thank you Omar and Ron!

I had a very positive new car purchasing experience from - blessedlatrice.3

I had a very positive new car purchasing experience from beginning through to driving off in my new Honda! The vibe at this dealership is courteous and professional. I highly recommend Sunset Honda!

We had an excellent experience with the sales person... - Adozinda

We had an excellent experience with the sales person Palan Saha, he was honest and very dedicate in helping us with his knowledge to make the best purchase and fit for us. We are grateful to Palan and very happy with our new Honda! We certainly will recommend him and Honda for our family and friends.

My wife went to this dealership and they absoutely took - lstar789

My wife went to this dealership and they absoutely took advantage of her knowing very well that she was pregnant and was trying to be put in a better situation. She came in with her car to trade it in they told her they were going to wipe away the debt of that car to help her more affordable be put into a better car. They in fact did not wipe the debt they only took away part of the debt but worded it so confusingly on purpose to trick her into signing. They scammed us so heavily it was unbelievable they put her in a 25k car and she walked away over 60k in debt after making a 6k deposit. That was all of our savings and they screwed her over for years to come. The fact they knew she was pregnant she had bought every car she's ever owned here so they told her they would tale care of her. They scammed her terribly and took advantage of her while her hormones were all over the place knowing she just wanted a safe car for the baby. So sad that a local dealership would do this to anyone

Norm Reeves Honda Superstore had a great collection and - RJ

Norm Reeves Honda Superstore had a great collection and great atmosphere. I was lucky enough to have Hector help me find a car best fit for me. Hector was a great help, very knowledgeable, and an amazing attitude. Would definitely recommend!

I bought a new Honda Civic Sport. - kato59

I bought a new Honda Civic Sport. The salesmen were polite and did not pressure me. I test drove a couple of cars alone and with a salesman. The dealership did not have the color vehicle that I wanted, but received one a few days later. I drove it. I received the same lower price that was being offered at another dealership. I decided to buy it. My only complaint is that it took me over two hours to make a cash purchase. This was likely the result of a high number of customers in the dealership. Overall, I had a good experience!

I had hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever - kslater

I had hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had working with Joel Valdez at Barber Honda. I genuinely do not enjoy car shopping, and after getting a completely unreasonable out the door price locally on the Central Coast, I decided to look outside the area. From my very first interaction, Joel stood out. He was responsive, straightforward, and never pushy. Within just a few emails, I had the best pricing and all the information I needed to feel confident moving forward. I ended up driving to Bakersfield, and everything was exactly as promised. Joel greeted me right away, had everything ready, and made the entire process seamless. Joe Gutierrez handled the finance portion and was just as great to work with. Calm, kind, and zero pressure, and he made what is usually the most stressful part feel easy and straightforward. I was fully expecting some kind of last-minute changes or added pressure, but that never happened. No surprises, no upselling, just a genuinely smooth and honest experience from start to finish. I truly appreciated how easy Joel and Joe made this whole process. I would absolutely recommend working with them and would make the drive again without hesitation.

Wonderful Service - April123

Mistlin Honda was such a wonderful experience, as soon as I arrived I started wondering the lot and Rosie came out right away and helped me choose the best car for me. Overall experience there was great, i wasn't overwelled or lost, Rosie was AWESOME.

Very close to my home. - ricky370z

Very close to my home. Conveniently located. Friendly staff. But the only downside. Takes a long time for oil change even with appointment

My experience purchasing a Honda at this dealership was... - kimmariehas

My experience purchasing a Honda at this dealership was exceptional. My first contact with Estaban was positive, we told him what we needed. He was informed. We showed him the lower price listed on line and he directed us to the manager Bilal. He said he would match the price. He went on to give us discounts on the service and support contract. He helped us set up insurance at a cheaper arte, helped us get our rental picked up and gave us the same intereest as one we had established with USAA....I cannot think of one negative issue....TOTAL happiness and support.

Mike Silva and Viet Le in the Service Departmetn of Elk - Cath

Mike Silva and Viet Le in the Service Departmetn of Elk Grove Honda are the most dishonest, unprofessional and unethical. They are negligent and damage cars while overcharging. They take no ownership for damages, and will go at any lenght to lie and deceive and verbally abuse clients who have valid concerns... Just awful place... Mike Silva should be fired, along with this right hand-Viet le....

Great sales experience! - nelsonbill

I've bought 3 vehicles from Vladmir, the sales consultant. He has always been very professional. I highly recommend him. Financing was easy (cash deal) and in and out in no time. B.Nelson

Go elsewhere. - rick

Go elsewhere. This dealership and Honda Financial totally screwed up the purchase transaction from the beginning. Save yourself hours of frustration dealing with these people and buy from Folsom, Elk Grove, Stockton or anywhere else, and arrange your own financing.

excellent customer service, very friendly, they helped me a lot so I could take my car home
