I received the worst service of my life — both in terms - Prashant zalavadiya

I received the worst service of my life — both in terms of the maintenance work and the treatment from the staff — including Service Agent Juan Ayala and Service Manager Alfredo Mejia at Hardin Honda. I own a 2019 Honda Accord Sport. On July 28, 2025, I dropped my car off at the Hardin Honda dealership service center around 7:45 AM to replace the evaporator. This repair requires removing and reinstalling the entire dashboard. I specifically chose the dealership so the dashboard would be reassembled to factory standards, and I paid $2,056.88 for the work. The part itself only costs a few hundred dollars — most of what I paid was for the labor involved in disassembling and reinstalling the dashboard. When I picked up my car at around 5:00 PM the same day, I immediately noticed the dashboard was not properly installed. There was a large gap between the dashboard and the windshield, and similar misalignments in other areas. I pointed this out to Juan Ayala. At first, he dismissed my concern, claiming “Honda builds their dashboards like that.” I was certain this was not true, so I compared my car with other Honda Accords at the dealership. After seeing the difference, Juan admitted there was indeed an excessive gap and told me to bring the car back the next day so they could fix it. On July 29, 2025, I returned with my car. Later that day, Juan informed me that they were unable to fix the issue. When I went back to inspect it myself, I found nothing had improved — the gaps were exactly the same. After arguing with Juan for several minutes, he finally gave me the contact information for the service manager, Alfredo Mejia. On July 30, 2025, I spoke with Alfredo. He was dismissive and unhelpful, stating outright that they could not fix the problem. I explained the amount I paid, what I expected, and why this level of workmanship was unacceptable, but he showed no concern or willingness to resolve it. This dealership provides terrible workmanship and customer service. The dashboard reassembly looks worse than what I would expect from a cheap mechanic shop, let alone a Honda dealership. If you care about your car and expect quality service, do not go to this dealership.

I had an amazing purchase experience, starting with a - BigShadow

I had an amazing purchase experience, starting with a fantastic and responsive young salesman Andrew D. His communication response time was very quick. We connected via phone and I did all the negotiating over the phone, they were able to dealer trade to get the exact vehicle my wife and I were searching for (2026 Ash Green Passport Elite). Cody the Sales Manager took the reigns to acquire the car while Andrew and I finalized our deal. I then worked with Cody for the add ons I did want, and did not have to fight about add ons I didn't want. Being part of a massive chain for Lithia Motors, I opted for the lifetime oil change since they have so many destinations in North America. Even if we move out of state, we have confidence we can utilize and take full advantage of this prepaid service. And although I whole heartedly trust Honda quality, with a new model year, and even more electronics in a vehicle, I opted for the 7yr/80k warranty, something I typically would not buy. I got a great deal on the purchase and used some of those savings to invest back into the vehicle since we plan to keep the vehicle a very long time. Cristian in finance was quick and to the point since we knew we would use Honda finance for this purchase, and we had no interest in any other offers that finaince folks may try to upsell.. Everything was seemless and all was in order for when we arived in person to pick up the vehicle. Great team at DCH Honda of Temecula. It was worth our 60 mile commute to complete this deal! I highly recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience at DCH Honda of - this guy

Extremely disappointing experience at DCH Honda of Oxnard. I scheduled an appointment after receiving an online offer for my vehicle and was also seriously considering purchasing a new Honda Passport. Unfortunately, the entire experience felt like a complete waste of time. Masood Zamani never even came out to introduce himself or properly evaluate my vehicle. Instead, he walked out of the office and yelled across the sales floor from the doorway, "Internet price is coming at $28,000," without even inspecting the car. The interaction lasted maybe 20 seconds total. He made absolutely no effort to engage, inspect the vehicle, or provide any level of professionalism or customer service. What made it even more embarrassing was the reaction from the employees nearby. Even they appeared shocked by how the situation was handled. If the dealership had no intention of actually evaluating my vehicle, then why ask me to bring it in? The entire experience came across as inconsiderate, unprofessional, and reflective of very poor business practices. Honestly, after this interaction, it's no surprise they currently hold a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau. Because of this experience, I will not be purchasing the new Honda Passport from DCH Honda of Oxnard, and I will absolutely be sharing my experience with friends and family. I expected professionalism and respect, and unfortunately received neither.

I had a wonderful experience working with Mark at Diamond Honda. He was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire car-buying process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything without making me feel pressured. Mark was especially helpful while I was comparing prices and looking for the best deal on my Honda CR-V Hybrid. He was honest, respectful, and genuinely wanted to help me find the right car at a good price. The whole experience was smooth and comfortable, and I really appreciate Mark’s excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone looking to buy a Honda. Thank you, Mark, for making the process so easy and stress-free!

Oops, I did it again! This is my fourth time as a returning customer. If I didn't make it clear last time: each experience somehow manages to get better and better. At this point, I literally feel like part of the CarMax family the second I walk through the door. I will never, ever go anywhere else! 🚙✨

Automation Honda Valencia are very polite and professional! We are new and very impressed. Thank You!

Highly recommend this dealership. - Ernest Dominguez

Highly recommend this dealership. Negotiated the price and closed the deal for a 2026 HRV EXL on internet with Steve Dababneh. He was both transparent and upfront. When we went to the dealership a couple of days later, the vehicle had already sold. He went ahead and honored the same discount (7% under msrp) for a 2027 HRV EXL. The vehicle had some add-ons that I hadn’t agreed to on previous vehicle, so they were included free of charge. I’ve purchased many vehicles and dealt with many dealerships in the past and have rarely found one the the amount of integrity as Norm Reeves West Covina.

Two words: Freddy & Manuel. - cpdsry

Two words: Freddy & Manuel. Yesterday my daughter bought a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid AWD and we are delighted. Freddy (Sales) – In helping my daughter (over the course of about a week) I had talked to Freddy several times about price and what I was hoping to get in comparing to another Honda dealership. Freddy was super patient and understanding and walked me through a couple of options. Ultimately we decided Freddy was going to deliver what he had promised and we drove from Long Beach just to Fontana to purchase the Honda CRV Hybrid in the color she wanted. Have to admit I was nervous that we would show up and maybe the price would go up but Freddy came through like a champ! The other Honda dealer provided no movement on the price and Freddy truly worked with us. Freddy even helped us get a great deal on cargo tray and seat mats. Excellent customer service! Manuel (Finance) – explained everything in detail and processed my daughter’s paperwork pretty quickly. Excellent customer service again! We are a Honda family – all of us drive Honda’s which are quality cars. This was our first time working with Rock Honda and I highly recommend them. Thanks again Freddy for sticking to your promise and giving my daughter the car she really wanted at a very fair price.

I recently brought my Honda in for service and had the - Jesse G.

I recently brought my Honda in for service and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Juan Alvarez. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He clearly explained the recommended work, answered all my questions without any pressure, and kept me updated throughout the process. The service was completed on time, the work was done thoroughly, and the final cost matched what we discussed. I especially appreciated how he took the time to walk me through everything and make sure I understood my options. It’s rare to find a service adviser who combines technical knowledge with such excellent customer care. I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands and that I was treated fairly. Highly recommend Mr. Juan Alvarez and the service department at the Swickard Honda of Thousand Oaks. I’ll definitely be returning and requesting him again.

Sold me a new 2022 Passport w Continental tires. - Dag4

Sold me a new 2022 Passport w Continental tires. Took it in for service vehicle shaking @15k They said I needed tire rotation and front end alignment Paid for service, problem came back after another 1k miles. Now all four tires needed replacement the steel belts were coming apart . Told me it was not safe to drive No compensation or consideration for missing the real problem or tire failure w/ only 15K miles Blamed my wife hitting bumps on the road, and have been giving me the runaround for two months. It was all four tires coming apart! Not the kind of dealership I expected when I purchased 45K vehicle. Thank goodness there are other Honda dealers.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tracy Honda, - Kiran Y

I had a very disappointing experience with Tracy Honda, and I feel the pricing and invoicing were far from transparent. I was initially quoted $663.80 for Honda part #38809-TBC-A31, the Body Control Module for my 2017 Honda Civic EX sedan, 4-door. I found the same part online for around $409, so I questioned why Tracy Honda was charging significantly more. When I questioned the price difference, I was told they could reduce the parts price, but because they had already given me a 10% reduction on labor, they could not reduce both. I was told that if they lowered the parts price, the labor price would go up. That is what concerns me most. Instead of providing straightforward and transparent pricing, the cost appeared to shift between the part and labor. The revised pricing was approximately $492 for the part and $755 for labor. I also was not given a clear explanation of how the $755 labor charge was calculated. I wanted to know exactly how many hours were spent on the repair and what labor rate was being charged, but the invoice did not clearly explain that breakdown. As a customer, I expect a dealership to provide clear pricing and a complete itemized invoice. When the part is significantly more expensive than the online price and the labor charge is not clearly broken down, it leaves me feeling that I am being overcharged. My experience with Tracy Honda was that they were not transparent with their invoices or pricing and were not customer-friendly. I left feeling that the focus was on getting the maximum amount of money from the customer rather than clearly explaining the charges. If you use Tracy Honda’s service department, check the part number and parts pricing yourself, ask exactly how many labor hours are being charged and what the labor rate is, and make sure you receive a complete itemized invoice before approving the repair.

Sales person was slick but the financing department - benw48037

Sales person was slick but the financing department messed up my contact then made to come and resign. I had an appointment and they made we wait while they sold and financed other cars to other customers. I guess I come last. Johnny in finance is a user and he'll say anything to get what he wants. I can't believe I left work early for this. What a poor experience!

I had a great experience purchasing my new car at Pacific - royalserviss

I had a great experience purchasing my new car at Pacific Honda! Shawn was fantastic—genuine, professional, and focused on earning my business while understanding and respecting my budget. Lua handled the finance paperwork and was equally wonderful, making the final steps easy and stress-free. Both made the experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Shawn and Lua if you’re shopping at Pacific Honda!
