Easy breezy 2019 service - Hondamama
I have an appointment set for the day. I came in a little early so I can have my papers processed fast and have the car done immediately. The service personnel was quick and easy to deal with. He was accommodating of my inquiries and he suggested things that could save me while my car is being done. So far, this time around, I came in and came out from the service shop an hour or less. last time it took me hours to leave this area but now, it was fast and easy!! Paperworks were done immediately, payment and other details were correctly done in detail.
One thing I didn’t like though, when I came in the car, since they open my front compartment, they left some things out. They didn’t put back my emergency toiletry back to where they got it. They even left it on the floor mat. Literally, what you pay for is the only thing they will do for this shop. Unlike in other car services, they give you back your car washed and cleaned. That’s something nice to have when you are a loyal customer.
My 1st Time Experience with the Dealership - romher1008
I like the Honda Accord and I am somewhat satisfied with my experience. The salesperson, Narbeh was very helpful and accommodating. Only problem the pricing was not very clear resulting confusion on the $668 discount we negotiated back n forth for about 2 hours. It was resolved however by Mr. Lennie after our 4 attempts of going back to the dealer.
The EC Bond for $995 for 5 years I think is good, however, we plan to trade-in the Accord in 2-3 years. We did not have a chance to think about it because Mr. Simon keep talking and we are so tired and hungry already that we cannot absorb anymore what he is saying we just want to go home rest and eat (we came 1130am in the dealership and finish almost 7pm with no lunch) but we told him we will review the papers we signed when we get home and get back to him he said OK!
I just hope the EC bond be returned so I will have a very good and satisfactory experience which will make me RECOMMEND the dealership to my friends and relatives.

The good ending to my story (1st Chapter below) is I called Auburn Honda after my experience below. Tom and Gary were great! (Kendra could work on being a little friendlier - maybe she was having a bad day). Everything I told "the other dealer" I told Tom and from the start his numbers were right in line with my research online. Matter of fact, he improved on the final payment because he went the extra mile to get me the best deal when the sale was finally done on our new Accord. Call these guys! Now for the rest of the story from the beginning...
Chapter 1: I had the WORST experience ever in my car buying history with AutoNation Honda in Roseville (I've purchased 12 cars in my life thus far). First, I had done a lot of research online and was ready to talk numbers so I called their sales number. I had to keep selecting the sales option because no one would pick up. After looping for 10 minutes, I decided to call and go through their Service Dept. A gentleman picked up, I told him what I was going through and he said he would get someone right away. I waited 3 more hours before I was done for the day at work and nobody called me back. I decided to stop by the dealership on my way home. No one greeted me on the sales floor and I had to ask a service employee walking by how I could get a sales person to help me. We went over to 3 young sales reps who were talking and cutting up in one of the open, door-less offices. One of them got up to help me and I explained to him that I was serious buyer and ready to talk numbers. We went outside and picked out a car so we could work out the numbers. I gave him me and my wife's credit scores that were just pulled at another dealership 2 days before - even showed him the credit document. He then took the info over to "the deal desk" and where they start playing the game of "How much can we make on this car and get this guy for?" The first numbers I got were absolutely ridiculous so I knew right then I was working with an old school "wheeling & dealing" dealership. I thanked the young guy politely and said the numbers aren't even close and I walked out. I will be getting the word out of my experience with AutoNation Honda in Roseville through every online review option possible.
It is so worth it to go the extra few miles to meet with Tom, Gary and the gang at Auburn Honda! You'll get the deal and service you deserve!

We recently bought a 2019 Honda Insight Touring from the team of Brandon Zhou and Lauro Palomares. We received excellent customer services. We didn't feel pressured to buy the car, no hassle, and they were willing to work with our demands.
Actually, we came to see the EX trim, but after assessing our down payment and monthly dues we opted for the touring trim. We were given a lot of time to compare between the trims and not one time ever felt rushed. Hence, we were there for a long time. Lauro Palomares was very articulate with the differences between the two trims. I was opting for the blue or red color but unfortunately they only have white. I didn't mind because I love the car with all it's high tech stuff. Johnny Cheng, the Sales Manager, did an awesome job too with the final signing of documents. He clearly explained everything and made sure I understood before I sign. They had to program the car's techs first before delivering it. We came back at night before they close to pick up the car. Lauro Palomares spent almost 30 minutes explaining the "basic" technologies, demonstrating his extensive knowledge of the car. We truly appreciated that. In most dealership, they would simply tell you to check their owner's website. It does have some awesome tutorials. I would definitely recommend buying your honda from Ocean Honda of Burlingame, especially getting the services of Lauro Palomares and Brandon Zhou. Happy New Year!!

I bought a car in this Dealer a few months ago, and having completed the time for this first service revision, I made an appointment in advance on internet.
I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes before my stipulated time and I was not attended by the service agent that had been assigned to me in my previous reservation.
I brought the car for its first oil change and general check, the "SERVICE" agent Gabriela Hufrag / R403, received and told me that I would have to wait two hours for this process, which I had to agree.
45 minutes had passed when I saw that someone took to the parking lot a car very similar to mine, after an hour I decided to get closer to see and in fact it was my car; Until that moment nobody had warned me that it was ready and until the "SERVICE" agent realized that I was next to the vehicle she told me that it was ready.
This is my third Honda car and is the first buyer in this Dealer and I have never received such a bad "SERVICE", it is evident that there is a total ignorance of the value of time and customer satisfaction. In fact they just did the oil change and nothing else, I guess it was because it was the first revision, it was free.
