I called the service center to make an appointment to get a burnt out brake light replaced and I was scheduled the next day which was really awesome. The technician replaced the brake light bulb in just a few minutes. They also performed a multi-point inspection and checked tire pressure. Shannon Lubkeman, the customer service advisor and the rest of the staff were very professional, respectful, competent, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I highly recommend Future Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord for their excellent regular maintenance service to make sure that your vehicle is safe to drive, reliable to maintain your vehicle’s highest level of performance.

I have dealt with John and Norman in service for my 2022 Chrysler 300 Limited and everything has been done right. On the sale side, my purchase was easy and they even delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife with a red bow for her to take pictures in our driveway which was a special touch and certainly very appreciative as I did not asked for that but I let it be known it was for her so that was nice.
