Bought a Transit passenger van for our medical transportation company and the process was genuinely painless. The sales manager ran the entire deal — he went back to the bank and got our rate brought down, and had everything structured and ready inside an hour. Signing was fully electronic, so I never sat in a finance office. Kyle delivered the van to our Burbank office the next day, exactly when he said he would. They were also upfront about the vehicle's history before I had to ask, and sent me a video walking through it. As a business buyer what I care about is speed, straight answers, and people who do what they say. Got all three. Would buy here again.
