I did not go to the AutoNation service center in Roseville. I went to the Ram truck service center on industrial Avenue in Roseville that Kolin bloom manages. He manages the satellite facility that primarily does Ram trucks and vans and has taken personal ownership in how the service center works and puts in long, dedicated hours. It's unfortunate that the number of vehicles he has in the storage lot is so high due to a lack of parts support from the manufacturer. That's really unfair to the customers who don't get their vehicles back in any timely fashion. But if he has the parts he does a great job with only six technicians. He needs to be complimented.

Bill (5 stars) found the problem and fixed it! - - - - - I would have ranked my experience as 5 stars, but a few critical jeep drive train features were not fully vetted/checked before selling it to me, and so there was some confusion about what was working and what wasn't. They eventually fixed what I asked, but it took a bit of discussion and a few trips to the dealer that could have been avoided with clearer communication up front. Tammy was GREAT during the whole process and I would highly recommend her!

This is my go-to dealership. The team members are always very attentive, friendly, and helpful. This most recent experience was no exception. From the moment I pulled into the maintenance area Javier was super quick to check my Durango in for service. With his help, as well as the other amazing members who worked effectively and efficiently, the team not only was able to identify and solve the problems, but they were able to do so in the estimated timeframe which I really appreciate. I would highly recommend this location for service and will continue to bring my vehicle in for routine maintenance or repairs.

We were on vacation and our check engine light came on which stopped us almost dead in our tracks abour 650 miles from home. We were incredibly lucky to have this happen within less than 1/2 mile from from a GREAT TEAM at Lake Elsinore CDJR Dealership. The experience started off on a high note with the Service Advisor, Gary, and it never went down from there. Even when Gary was not available all the other Service Advisors were able to help me quickly and efficiently. The downside was one of the failed parts was not in stock. The upside is that Jose (Service Mgr and a Marine) along with his part dept and auto maintenance people, did everything they could to get us back on the road asap, which was a 3 day stay in a hotel close by. It could have been worse had it not been for Gary and the other Service team members working together to get us back on the road. THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU!!!!
