I worked with Robert and Louie. Robert was patient with me as I continuously walked him back and forth with the vehicles I was looking at. He let me test drive the vehicles and explained the features. He is quite knowledgeable on the vehicles and has a great personality. He explained that if we did find something we liked on the lot, we could custom build it. Honestly, he made our Jeep Rubicon purchase a breeze. Louie also made sure to work the payment into our budget. Before coming here, we had shopped around at other Jeep dealerships but this dealership didn’t try to hide their fees or jerk us around. Seriously we did not come in with the intention of purchasing same day but Robert was honest and upfront, so we went for it

My wife showed up and Jacob said $36k...after the haggle it was now $27. NAVY Federal Sticker true value price was $20k. Then sales manager Paul states, "We have another buyer who will pay $26k and finance through us coming in today, so pay extra or bye.
We drove 20 miles under false pretensis for a vehicle they already had a buyer? We were even told military price discount on phone and in person now it was a no.
My Wife had a friend drive up and back twice for this to happen. I have 26 yrs of military service to date and feel disgraced and offended that Paul Shaw thought this was a game. Mandatory add on packages over $7k on a used van.
My wife was given fake contact info for GM. They forgot google exists.
UPDATE: A friend inquired on this same vehicle next day and dealership said come in we have it. I have a txt and voicemail copy...unethical place.

The "Service" Department is a nightmare. The earliest appointment was over a month out which is understandable to some degree because of supply chain issues, etc., but on the morning of the appt. and while I was driving to Gill, the service "manager" Mike Dusan called to ask me if I could drop off my vehicle at a later date becuase they are short 6/10 mechanics. They initially told me that it would be within 24 hrs to diagnose the problem of vehicle. after calling every other day to find out the status, they told me that it would probably be tomorrow and this went on for a week. They never returned my calls and could never provide a straight answer. They are completely lost and it showed on all fronts. Finally they said that I could pick up my vehicle if I wanted, so I did, It was never looked at and upon picking up my vehicle Mike didnt even acknowledge me. No appology, remorse or anything for completely inconveniencing my life for a week. I will have my vehicle repaired at another dealership and then trade it in for a $75,000 brand new 2023 model. They not only lost my business to future sales but trust that word of mouth is very powerful and I will be extremely vocal about my horrible experiance for years to come. Take my advice and run from their circus of unprofessionalism, ineptness, lies and deception. Gill is a bunch of amatures at business but professional crooks. Run!
