As for Jennifer and the person who worked on my truck, they were excellent. The work performed was excellent. My only concerns are two things. Knight Claremont is pricey and, my truck was there for 3 days because the door latch actuator had to be ordered. Perhaps you might want to consider beefing up your parts department so you have at least one of every part to reduce the down time and once a part is used, immediately reorder it so it's restocked for the next time it's needed. So...for Jennifer and the mechanic I give FIVE STARS and for inventory management I give TWO or THREE STARS.
