Norco was great, they had it ready for me, I’d alway prefer a nice detail on the wash but the car was as advertised. Exoress pick up was about 40 minutes only because I got there right when they opened otherwise great experience.

Agree the other reviews regarding the bait and switch "$3k inflated ticket price" when you first see the 'deal' breakdown "because of equipment they pre-install" that they claim they can't remove.

I came to this Indio dealership after a nightmare experience at a different dealer (Crystal Chrysler in Cathedral City), where my car sat for six days without a single thing being done to it. From my very first phone call to this Indio location, the difference was night and day. Mario was incredibly professional and efficient, getting me an appointment just two days later. Upon arrival, the entire team impressed me—from the receptionist who warmly greeted me to everyone else I encountered. Mario went above and beyond, ensuring a transmission specialist was on-site specifically for my car that day. He even gladly coordinated an Uber to get me to my rental car—a service the previous dealer flat-out refused to provide. What truly set this experience apart was the communication. Mario reached out at every single step, sending text updates so I knew exactly what was happening. He explained the diagnosis clearly, told me when the part was ordered, when it would arrive, and gave me an accurate completion date. The most interesting part? This dealership had my car for the exact same amount of time as the previous one (6 days). The difference is that this dealer actually repaired my car and communicated with me, while the other did absolutely neither. My car was ready exactly when promised, and Mario was just as courteous during pickup as he was on day one. It was an absolute pleasure to do business with this team. I highly encourage anyone who has had trouble with other dealers in the area to make the drive to Indio. It is well worth it to rest assured that both you and your car will be taken care of!

The best, no bull car buying experience. We called from out of town got the best price over phone drove to dealer. We were only ther for 2 hours for buying process, and transferring belongings to new car and installing front and rear dash cameras. Super friendly salesman Kurt, and finance Tom. Out of 15 dealerships we went to they were the only ones that didn't add mark ups and expensive addon that are garbage, and had a true straight up price.

Special thanks' to the sales manager (Roberto C.) & The finance manager (Simo L.) assisted me. There was no pressure or additional charges required Vs the provided estimated offer price. Based on suggested MSRP, taxes, registration. Unless otherwise, implied & agreed to purchase extra vehicle options. In addition, all current incentives deals from the manufacturer was fully applied and subtracted with honesty & integrity. I did not even ask! or use my calculator for final reviewal. Full respect for this guys!! I recommended Crown dealership if you in the market purchasing a new/used (Dodge, Chrysler, Jeer or Ram) specially if your in northern Los Angeles area. I came in with a very specific car in mind—a 2026 Subaru Forester Wilderness—and a financial commitment I needed to feel completely confident making. From the beginning to the final signature, they treated my goals, concerns and budget with genuine respect. This was not a quick or simple decision for me. There was a trade-in, an existing payoff, financing, GAP and many numbers that needed to come together correctly. I asked plenty of questions and carefully reviewed every detail. Iman and Marlyn remained patient, responsive and transparent throughout the entire process. They never made me feel like I was being difficult or like I was merely another transaction. So - I leased a 2023 4xe grand Cherokee - the value of which is so low, they won’t even buy it back from me. So I decided I would tell my story to the sales manager Gabriella - said all the right things and was willing to address my concerns and work with me. Fast forward 5 days - nothing. No offer after repeated emails and texts with Eduardo (sales associate). Finally I tell them I am going to Carvana - oh yeah - they sell new Jeeps - with no dealer add ons. I saved over 3500 dollars in fees alone. Never had to negotiate - will or deal and they deliver the new car to me. Oh yeah- no money down. So I tell Gabriella I am purchasing at Carvana and she told she was sorry and that was that. Ok - so they didn’t want to sell me a car. Got it. 4 hours later I get a text from Gio - he apologizes for how I was treated and even took responsibility. Says he wants to make it right. I tell him he is got until 5 pm tonight before I sign my Carvana paperwork. This is the text I get after an hour “He said he will do that for you. He said he is going to oversee the whole transaction. We have your credit on file but haven’t submitted to anywhere is it okay if he runs it to see if he can get better then the 7% your getting ? He wanted to iron out the deal before running your info. Also he said he will do that Rubicon for you with no adds. He said he is embarrassed for how you have been treated and wants to make it right for you. He let me know too if you did want leather in the future it is something we can get done for you and he will sell it to you for our cost if it’s something later on you would be interested in” Apparently “he” is the general manager - the guy that can get anything done. They sent me two offers - guess what - fees. Why? Both were based on the reasoning their sister dealership in Ontario “figured in” the add ons. To bring this all home - I have purchased or leased 5 vehicles from Jeep of Ontario. No issues no problems and sales staff were up fron, honest and sincere. I lease one vehicle from Fontana, and I end up lying 3 $999 payments for things I have no idea what their for. And it was a lease. I was never going to use that stuff. Well - needless to say- after being ignored for 5 days and apparently - according to Gio - the general manager wants to make this right with no fees - rubicon at a good price (45000). In the end this was there deal to me (only because they never sent me a deal on a Rubicon, so wearing me down, I said screw it - what about a Willy’s. they gave me an offer with over $3400 in add-ons and then what the xxxx - $888 in “fees”. What fees cost close to a thousand dollars? Yeah - I not just leaving this review - they led me on for 5 days - always finding the angle to make me pay more. And don’t forget where this all started. They apologize for “dropping the ball” and the “he” or possible the general manger said he will take care of things to make it right - yet I got nothing from them. They led me on and until I would pay those fees. I am going to report them to every agency I can. I have never had a worst experience in my life. Oh yeah - they even knew my wife were teachers in Fontana for over 20 years - live in Fontana as well. But to them - who cares. They need to make there money. Thanks for nothing
