Arrived on time for the oil change, welcome to advisor Massey Gray, what can I do for you? I said I came to do the oil change, so I asked if it was done by a dealer or somewhere else, so I answered yes, Massey asked me a question and then I got the package service, so I'm all okay with basic knowledge, Massey question Is all okay, but if you didn't rotate your tires elsewhere, would you like to do it here? Then let's do it. And after a while to inform the maintenance of the car, she asks me a question if there is anything else to help, so I need a replacement because the remote control key battery is consumed, please include the invoice for the battery price, then Massey said The question to me is, do you want to give me only new batteries or replace the batteries in the remote control key? I ask for an exchange right now. Bring it in exchange immediately, this is just a service regardless of the price. I said thank you so much. And when I drove and ran my car, the handling control was very good, perhaps because of the tire rotation. Thank you.

I thought it was odd, I have never seen that before in the 12 years I had my car, My husband looked under the hood and noticed the oil cap was not screwed on all the way and my engine cover was cracked. The only people that work on my car is Lexus. My husband put oil in it and it went off, when I told them I got the response I need a new timing chain cover. Failed to honor Certified Warranty. I took my in for service and they found that the front lower control arm bushings were starting to tear/separate from the metal. They followed up with and email indicating they were in need of "urgent repair". I asked them to fix them on my warranty and they declined saying the parts had to fail before they would repair. I checked this out and found that failure on the road is very dangerous. I took my concern though the Lexus appeal process all the way to Lexus Excusive Office. They told me that it was a dealership decision and there was nothing they would do about it. This is a safety issue and the dealer is acting in bad faith.

This dealership is awful. My car’s paint was damaged by Lexus Santa Monica during a service. They were forced to repair it due to their negligence. They did a botched job! The area that was “repaired” is now corroding and the paint has come off. They will not take responsibility and fix their mistake. Really disappointed with the customer service, quality of maintenance, repair and service! It is not up to luxury car standards and an embarrassment to the Lexus name.
