The only negative thing I have to say about it is when I dropped my car off, and I was getting a free loaner, Emily said I would have to wait less than 10 minutes for them to pull the rental car up (I had already filled out all the paperwork online).. Apparently she forgot me because 45 minutes later I went up to the desk to ask where my car was. At that point, she went and got it for me. I have, however, had great experiences in the past. She was very apologetic and nice to me though.

Enrique Carvajal has helped me get into 2 Lexus vehicles. My first one was a 2019 ES 300h which I loved. Enrique was there to help me anytime I had a car emergency. Unfortunately after only 7 months of driving the car, I found it with a tree crashed onto it. It totaled the vehicle. In a state of panic I called Enrique asking if he could get me into another Lexus. He had always been so helpful and generous that I knew I wanted to work with him again. At first I couldn’t get into a car I wanted for the price I wanted but he kept working with me until I found the perfect car for an amazing price. I now have a beautiful black UX 250h. I know I can always count on Enrique with my car and I definitely advice going into Lexus and requesting his name.

As a single woman I’m usually super apprehensive about going into a service shop to get work done, but the entire team at Fresno Lexus made me feel incredibly comfortable and provided a stress free experience. Dimetri was very informative and explained everything I needed every step of the way. He was genuinely so kind and caring, so even though my car breaking down in unknown area could’ve been a horrible experience, he turned it all around and made my experience positive and helpful. They have a great team in Fresno and I’m so appreciative that of all places I broke down, they are the ones that helped me. On short notice about Noon on Tuesday, July 1st I called Lexus of Pleasanton to set an appointment for service for my '23 RX350 SUV. I was asked if 2:30 PM the same day was OK? "Sure"! I then brought the vehicle in for service. Two hours later the vehicle had been serviced as requested & I rec'd 2 videos of the work done & a very complete overview presented to me by Service Rep Nick Wilson despite a very full dealership with vehicles lined up "...out the door..."
