From the courtesty driver to the services completed, I have been satisfied every visit. I have owned my Lexus IS300 since 2002 and had it serviced by the dealer. first service on our new car. fixed trip switch as well as hard shifting we had been experiencing. it appears that when they replaced the dash a couple of months ago, they forgot to reconnect a couple
of switches underneath. Now it all works great. Also recently received a recall notification and that was fixed as well. overall a good experience.

I take my 2013 Lexus RX350 to Lexus Serramonte. Eddie Yeung always takes care of my service needs as my service manager. He is always friendly, courteous, personable, and helpful without question. He advises me if I have any problems with my car. This last time was good. Nothing out of the ordinary. There was a slight delay when I arrived due to a high volume of cars that had pulled into the service area. So I had to wait about 15 minutes. But even during that time, the Lexus employee Christopher was very attentive. He kept me apprised of how long the wait would be, made sure to let Eddie know I was waiting (Eddie was in a different part of the facility), and was very friendly. I complimented him and told him that I appreciated his attentiveness this and on past occasions.

Very professional and efficient, fair in the cars' value assessment, with the right touch of friendliness. I met Kevin Miller immediately upon arriving at the collision center for the first time. Great attitude and just a really nice guy. My BMW is very important to me and I am known as being very, very, very picky when it comes to my cars. Kevin put me at ease and explained how my BMW would look when finished. The X5 looks new, so new I had a Xpel clear bra put on it for protection. Kevin was so helpful and the finished product looks so good, I will never consider bringing my vehicles to another shop. My niece thought their work was so good, she brought in her Audi . Thank you, Kevin, David and "Mo".

Martha, my service advisor was so accommodating of my last minute request for a service appointment, she keep me updated with text messages about my cars status and even though I showed up 5/10 minutes before they closed, she welcomed me with a smile and her top-notch service. Best dealer there is. I have delt with other dealerships and have got terrible customer service but Valley Lexus is on top. Took care of my recall in a timely manner, replaced my windshield with perfection, looked like it never was removed. Gave us a 2018 Lexus IS300 Turbo as a loaner car, Filled up my gas tank, washed my car and rotated my tires complimentary. I was floored. We may have to buy a new Lexus from Valley Lexus soon, great to have piece of mind that you are taken care of and we didn't even buy our Lexus from them to begin with but they still took care of us.
