We had a coolant leak, which was diagnosed to a defective water pump. My service advisor (Nghia Nguyen) was very helpful in getting it fixed. His promptness in answering questions (texts) from me has to be commended. He has knowledge about BMW products & is willing to share that knowledge. He is an asset to BMW of Roseville - he has become my go to person regarding questions on my X5.

Not like other dealerships where u have to wait for there driver to take you where u going. So thank you Kevin, and the TEAM!! The employees here are fantastic individuals from the parking attendant, service technicians and the service consultants are very professional, courteous and caring. HOI Buena Park is very clean and organized. The waiting room is cozy and relaxing. My service consultant Melissa Nguyen is beyond exceptional.
