He made numerous efforts to find the right battery for this vehicle, efforts which were finally successful, and when the battery was finally replaced he arranged for a loaner for my convenience. Enriquez was an excellent service representative who successfully persisted to get this repair done despite some unusual circumstances.

Always a good experience. Bryce was very nice and explained everything very well. I go to Folsom Lake dealership even though Roseville dealership is closer. Even though i was late for my appointment due to an accident that caused a traffic back up i still got in and out in reasonable time. The waiting room is very nice with free snacks and wiFi. I will continue to use Folsom Lake for my Hyundai vehicle’s care.

I also did not feel upsold or pressured into future maintenance items. My service advisor, Bertha, was transparent and friendly. An uber was provided for my transportation from/to the dealer. The work was completed by the promised time and in a reasonable duration. Long Beach BMW has gained a new service customer.

He is a “no pressure” kind of guy…and makes me feel that he too is concerned about my cost. I love Mbenx and how comfortable the ride is…but the cost to maintain it is not cheap.
