Gus and David were the sales team I worked with over multiple visits leading up to my purchase. Gus provided me ample time to test drive the hybrid and compare the sound system between trim levels. He also provided me the out-the-door pricing I requested without hesitation, explaining their no-haggle pricing and showing me the dealer incentives for different cars available. David helped me on my second visit, showing us the Limited model and walking through many of the key features that make that trim level special. Again, with no pressure, he helped us choose the right vehicle and secure it with a deposit until we could return to close the deal. When the purchase date arrived, David helped get me in the queue for financing, walked me through the initial paperwork, and got the car for me to drive home again helping with the initial setup of the vehicle. Tim was fantastic to work with on the financing-side! He was very knowledgeable and walked me through the process with ease. When issues came up with the paperwork, he made sure everything was correct before we moved forward, a level of professionalism not often heard of the car sales industry. Specific kudos for his follow-up on the sales tax for my purchase. My address has a much lower sales tax rate than the surrounding area. He took the time to research this and saved me a LOT of money in excess sales tax by doing so. Tim and the sales team made this purchase very simple, and I appreciate all of their help.

We worked with Jason Cortez, who was absolutely wonderful. Over the course of multiple weeks he was prompt and helpful with his text messaging while we worked on making a decision. When we decided to purchase, he had the vehicles we had discussed ready and lined up to test drive. He made the entire process seamless and we are so appreciative. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from this particular dealership and everyone from the sales people to service to finance to the GM are always so friendly and incredibly helpful. Great service at this location. The service department folks were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They completed my service and found quite a few issues. Not surprising I have had it since 2014. However they found many issues still covered by warranty which they pointed out and the few I had left they quickly got the parts, completed the work and had ne on my way. All in all a great experience which sometimes is unusual in this day and age. I will certainly utilize them again and would recommend them to anyone. Great Job team.

All experience buying and service here has been poor. I waited 3 hours to get an oil change. They lied to me about my buying deal and I didn’t catch it until the deal was made. They would not make it good. I’d never go to this dealer again.

Got oil change, ended up with oil spots - Filament

I took my 2017 Elantra in for its maintenance. The service department gnarled up the oil plug gasket. On top of it they informed me that they were no longer honoring our paid for service agreement and will give me 2 complimentary services. I have since contacted the loan agency and they have said it’s not going to change how much I pay just how long I pay but I must jump through a bunch of hoops to do anything. I’ve kept to my end of the deal by paying the loan even when I’m unemployed they need to keep to their end of the deal. This is completely unacceptable as I bought the car with this confidence that my car would remain maintained even in tough time and right when times get tough the dealership spits in my face adding stress to my already stressful situation.
