Ghent will be my service provider for my 2022 Malibu. They fixed a huge error made by Fowler Chevrolet in Broomfield. A transmission flush that was over filled and caused my transmission to overheat. Fowler refused to stand behind their work, Ghent proved to me that they have excellence in service and not just service. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else in Colorado!. Truly a class above other dealerships!

What can I say about Jenn? Walking into the service department with Jennifer behind the desk is comparable to the happiness one gets from not having seen a friend for awhile. She’s always uplifting, always smiling and always goes out of her way to ensure that she understands your car problems. The service line can be 5 people deep, but Jennifer makes sure that every client is taken cared of and never rush the process. I have only owned my Telluride since July 2024 and the service department does not disappoint, thanks for Jenn. And truly the service department is most important relationship when purchasing a car. I live 300 miles away from this dealership but I drive here whenever the car needs service. My service advisor, Josh, has shown dedication I never imagined possible. He even rode his motorcycle to the dealership on a Sunday to get my car back to me while the business was closed. The facility is awesome, the techs are thorough, and the loaners are new. Seriously. Took my Mazda CX9 into service due to a problem with the Auto Start App. Not only did they fix the problem at no cost, but provided a free wash and maintenance inspection. The mechanic shot a video of his inspection for us to view. Steve the Service associate/manager was very professional and courteous.

A few days ago I pulled into the dealership with a VERY flat tire. I don't own a Hyundai, but Madisyn came right out and welcomed me and said they would help. She grabbed Tyler from the service department and they changed my tire to my spare and got me and ,my son on our way. Their kindness and willingness to help was so refreshing.
