My wife, daughter, and I took a 200mile road trip to George Harte Nissan after corresponding with General Sales Manager, Joe Tramuta. Inventory was limited in my local area and when I reached out to Joe, he was fast to reply, and super accommodating.
We couldn’t be more happy with both the car (2021 Rogue) and the buying experience. Joe, and his team were awesome and it was the fastest and most efficient car buying process I have ever had, and I have had plenty.

My family and I recently purchased a car at Lia Nissan of Enfield, CT. The customer service I received at the dealership was priceless. My only issue was with the service department - you can see the mechanics working on the cars do not wear masks. As I was standing by the see-through doors watching them, a mechanic came from the men’s bathrooms and walked right past me without a mask. Granted he was just going back into the service area which is only a couple yards from the men’s bathroom but I nearly had a heart attack. The manager assured me that all cars are fully disinfected before returning them to customers - this was good to hear. Aside from that, I only saw one salesman, sitting at a window-facing desk, who did not have his mask over his nose. All the other personnel at this dealership was wearing a mask the right way. My salesman, Miquel Aponte, was fully attentive to COVID protocols: he had his mask on at all times, he worked behind Plexiglas and kept using hand sanitizer all throughout the paper work. I would like to extend my gratitude to him for same.
At this dealership the whole buying process from start to finish was easy breezy. We asked for an OTD (out-the-door) price, including any associated dealer fees. I did some research on the car by visiting Edmunds.com. I also watched Kevin Hunter and our Auto Advocate YouTube videos to learn about the car-buying process. I suggest buyers familiarize themselves with the ins and outs of car buying before buying a car - - doing so ensures a smooth and fast car buying transaction for both the sales persons and buyers.
Miguel Aponte was wonderful. We give him an A+ for professionalism, A+ for integrity, A+ for being respectful and an A++ for COVID-19 protocols.
Lia’s sales manager, Chris Bombara, was also a pleasure to work with. He was disarming and respectful and had helped smooth out a couple wrinkles toward the end of the deal.
All in all, impressive customer service at Lia Nissan. Customers will remember how a business made them feel - - if you perfect customer care, you’ll always have repeat customers. Lia Nissan’s quality of customer care has earned our respect - we will most definitely return.

Attempted to clean the pen mark instead they made it worst and told me they would replace leather. After paying premium for car expected better, would not replace car. Worst dealership I have been to an in my 30 years in the military that is saying a lot.

Pretty much my first time walking into a dealership looking to get in a car quickly but not sure if I would look into leasing, used, etc. I went in later in the afternoon on a Thursday and met with Austin. He made the whole process very easy. He was clearly knowledgeable in the car I looked at, very professional and quite accommodating with my budget. After going over all the features and options, he got me in for a test drive within 20 minutes. I did some paperwork on my return and Austin let me know I'd hear from them once the credit check and paperwork was done.
I spoke with Annie the next day and she too was extremely pleasant and friendly and answered any and all of my questions. Roughly 24 hours from when I first stepped in I had the good news. Austin even picked me up from my job down the street to finalize the paperwork and get into my new lease. I sat down with Ryan to go over the insurance details and he was very helpful with this whole process.
What started out as a very stressful situation for me was met with a very courteous, affable group of people! The showroom was spotless, bright and inviting. The process from start to finish was easy, explained well and fast. I can't give my opinion on any other dealership to make a comparison but I can say that this is the type of service that every place should have! I am happy to have been helped by people who clearly care and will definitely be back in the future!

DO NOT COME HERE! Every visit I have had was a bad experience TIL THIS DAY(Here now) and I’ve been here about 5-6 times in two years .... For starters, I was given a vehicle with broken front A/C and broken speakers(staticy(2/4).... I go to get them fixed With an oil change that comes with car wash and vacuuming of front area.... I get my car back and they tell me it’s fixed, they were not! And my car was not wash either... I was very confused on why they took so long and looked like nothing was done... I was told to come back in a few days Because they didn’t have the speakers in stock(so how did you just fix/replace them now?) .... they ended up not ordering enough and I had to return again..... when I did they told me I would receive a rental car, turns out I was not able to and I had to miss class.....then I returned for a dent repair.... 1. they didn’t tell me to go to the collision center down the street 2. I try to make sure I can receive a rental they said yes you should have no problem.... get there Day of couldn’t get one at the time they said I waited 5 hours and had to miss work... my car was suppose to stay there for 5 days(M-F) it ended up being 8... I never got any call on updates, what’s exactly wrong , when I can pick up my car, I called on the day I was suppose to finished xxxx near closing time to get some sort of an update as I need to plan my life on whether I can pick up car that day before I be charged for not returning the car in time .....I was told would get it back Monday mind you last minute....then I call Monday near closing time again trying to give them another chance to call me and let me know SOMETHING. They said I would recieve my car Back Tommorow , couldn’t give me a time ... with such short notice they proceed to say well if you don’t come in you will be charged which is unfair .... when I picked up my car my tire was low .... it didn’t go in that way and why would it leave the shop that way? ....I’m here now trying to fix Tires and my speakers once again( which they say I can’t put my music high volume and listen to certain songs because it messes up the speakers and told me warranty won’t cover the repair again and also was told that I had to be willing to pay for the speakers if they order them and they didn’t need to be replace ... it’s the same issue from last time if I’m telling they need to be replace they do and if it turns out they don’t then oh well that’s y’all problem it’s y’all fault they need to be replace in the first place and management told me that and that’s crazy that they would go that far to tell me hey if I order this part and it’s not necessary our money is going to waste and we want you to pay for it instead ....so I’m leasing a car, so much money, and I can’t use everything to its full capability because the quality is poor)... and with my tires they are saying my two rare tires Have nails in them but when I can for oil change/tire pressure and rotation/dent repair 8 days prior nothing was wrong with them so why am I paying for it especially when the car was returned to me that way ! Like am I being played/retaliated on? This Is a joke. I was also told by management I would have a car complimentary ready for me today and guess what I get here and there’s no cars available so cancelled plans again...
This place overall has bad and rude customer service! The employees/management don’t communicate effectively and never return messageS and/or call back from voicemails. Management Dan and Ed are both no help at resolving issues and are just as rude and unprofessional as well. They things they say to try to stastify you they cannot even fall through on and/or another problem occurs as you can see above. They tell you’re complaining and that you’re wrong for being distatfied by their service and lies and that’s baffling how even management is this way so there’s no avoiding it . Today would be my last visit here ever and I would not recommended this place to anyone ever !

I recently purchased a vehicle from County Line Nissan North’s Torrington, CT location. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service I received from the sales manager, Michael Weber, throughout the process.
I first spoke with Michael over the phone regarding the vehicle and to negotiate a price before driving 2 hours to the dealership. He was very disrespectful on the telephone, would not let me talk and continuously spoke over me.
In person, Michael was equally unpleasant and unprofessional. It was evident from the start that he does not care about his customers as he was rude and unprofessional towards us in his own dealership. When asking general questions about the vehicle he immediately got defensive and made off color comments. The vehicle was in desperate need of new tires: when asked what kind of tires he would put on the vehicle (ensuring they wouldn’t put on cheap tires, as the ones already on the vehicle were expensive) he got defensive and mentioned he has never seen or heard of quality $40 dollar tires. He told my boyfriend he would get him a job application right then and there if he could find quality tires in that price range. Once my boyfriend did, he changed his attitude as he was proven wrong. We are still awaiting that job application as we are other things he promised.
We were also told the vehicle would be properly detailed as it rid of cigarette smoke and needed a solid cleaning. Upon scheduled arrival we found the vehicle not ready to be picked up as Michael was still cleaning the vehicle himself. It was evident it did not get the proper detailing as it still smelt of cigarette smoke. Michael complained that it was not his job to clean vehicles. However, Michael and the dealership had several opportunities to properly detail the vehicle as he had 3 business days between purchase and pickup to clean it. Michael went on to tell me that since I hang out with a person such as my boyfriend, he should have no problem detailing the vehicle. Michael made all attempts to blame others for his lack of professional due diligence and poor work performance.
As a frontline healthcare professional working on a COVID unit I feel very unprofessional showing up to work smelling of cigarette smoke.
Our perception of him is that he does not care about the condition of the vehicles that he is selling nor the customers he is selling to. I hope he does not treat all of his customers with such disrespect as we are the ones keeping their business afloat during this time of crisis.
When bringing the vehicle home, I attempted to rid the vehicle of its futile smell and found the cabin filter filled with what looked to be mouse xxxxxxxxx and nesting. On top of renting an ozone generator, I also had to purchase a new air cabin filter.
I was also told I would have my paperwork overnighted and still have yet to receive it in the mail. I reached out with my concerns and still haven’t heard back - it has been one whole week.
I highly recommend looking elsewhere when purchasing a vehicle as it is evident County Line Nissan North does not care about the work ethic of their employees or the satisfaction of their customer service.
