Ask for Phil, He's fantastic. He went above and beyond to get my wife into a car so she could get to work today. He gave her dealer plates and made the finance guys stay an hour late after they closed. Seriously, did the best to serve us. Now, why are the financial deals all scheduled the last two days of the month? I don't know seems like an issue, but Phil doesn't care about that he only cares about you and your needs.

My experience here was amazing! I am not a particular fan of dealerships of any kind, however after reading multiple good reviews online and being in need of a lightly used new car, I headed for George Harte Nissan in West Haven. I was met at the door by Eli G. who listened to my needs, showed me several cars and the third one was the charm - exactly what I was looking for in the perfect price range for my budget. Eli went above and beyond to insure I was well taken care of through the process and even went so far as to check in with me a few days after driving my car off the lot to make sure all was well - wow, not even my doctor does that! After choosing my new car, Eli handed me over to Mike M., who not only took care of all aspects of my loan but was able to find one that was reasonable despite some financial challenges on my end. Jay was also great, really nice people all the way around. I was so impressed with my experience and so pleasantly surprised, I will never go anywhere else to buy a car!

If you value your time and money, do not buy Nissan. Awful customer service, they don't stand buy the vehicles when something goes wrong. I used to be loyal to the brand, but in my very last purchased they have cheated me with a vehicle that has many issues. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum edition, beautiful car, but underneath it all, the car is a mountain of issues. Rattles, center console turns of for no reason, Bluetooth is useless, and many other issue that would be considered nitpicking. I dnt know what other company to trust after I return this stress on wheels. I am very disappointed Nissan. Now for Hoffman? They only pretend to care about their customers before they sign a lease or purchase contract. After you walk out of there with your vehicle, expect the worst service I have received in my last 2 decades of owning new cars. They dnt clean your car, if you ask for it, they just hose it down and give it to you all wet! Never clean the interior. They won't resolve your car issues and are just dismissive. I have been going in and out of the dealership for months now trying to fix a defective unit in my 2016 Nissan Murano Platinum edition and they haven't done anything. Do your research and find out that Nissan is being suit for many car failures. I warn you, stay away!!

Quick in and out for the purchase of a CPO Nissan Rogue. Victor Colon was fantastic, attentive to what I wanted and very helpful. No pressure and very easy to deal with. Also use Miller for service on our Versa Note. Highly recommended.

The service is so bad . They make you believe you get everything done the way you have agreed till you reach the last step of signing the papers. I have been told that I have to pay $ 2000 down payment in order for them to hold the car for me. I agreed and later went in to sign all the necessary paperwork to get the deal done. But that was a mistake because after getting there the whole story has changed. The car was supposed to be on my business name and we had agreed on monthly payments. After all was done they came and said if the car is put under the business name the payments would change , which they did not say the first time I was there and before they collected the down payment. The deal went down and I asked for my refund. The manager came in and tried to sell his story how it works and got mad because he thought he sold the car . The finance guy was yelling out of his room across me saying stuff that I really did not hear. Overall the customer service was so bad and disrespectful , they do not know how to treat the customers . BAD Management and finance guy needs to learn how to respect customers .

I was waiting for my oil change and salesman asked me if I wanted to save money and of course I said yes. So he did some numbers it looked good. I called my wife and she didn't think it was a good time cause of our income. So George got on the phone with her and she told me that he was very rude! So I'm done with your dealership!

They are bunch of liars. Did not fix car the first time and I was back with same problem in 15 days. Their response was that they didn’t fix it because they were trying to save me money by not putting the required parts. In fact they were trying to rip me off by charging labor twice. They were very rude. Don’t do business with them. Called Nissan Corporate and complained, they were of no help. It seems they let Dealership get away with it.
