Our appointment for service was at 1 O'clock and we were told the car would be ready at 3. Our service rep Jason was great, he keep us informed on the progress and called when the service was complete and ready for pickup. Jason met us at the cashier office and explained the billing and sevice documentation which outlined the status of key wear components of the car. Great service all around, happy customer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I came here to get a diagnosis on 3 matters related to my car. After almost 2 hours of waiting, Jonathan Lucero came back and gave me an estimate of $470. I signed off accepting the offer. I asked a follow up question to make sure everything was included. He said he had forgotten to mention 2 of the 3 things I asked in the diagnosis AFTER I signed off the paperwork. I waited another hour, only to come back to find out that Jonathan had forgotten to include 2 hours of labor costs and an alignment fee in the original offer. So, the new cost was almost $800. When I pointed out their error to them, they neither apologized nor accepted any blame. Another customer who saw the entire thing play out spoke to Sandra Smith, the Nissan Consultant, and she simply and rudely replied “Oh well!” to the other customer. Then, despite the atrocious service, excessive waiting, and countless errors, they still billed me $140 for their “diagnosis,” which, were it not for my persistance, would’ve been incomplete. I’d rate them negative stars if I could.

Recently I was researching and shopping for a specific SUV which would serve a number of purposes for our family. It was a hard car to find ( 7 seatbelts, extra large interior, with above 22 mpg and some nice features for the adults) and in my search I ran into this awesome salesman; Tyrone Patterson. I wanted to buy the car he showed me just because he was so great! His Nissan Pathfinder came so close to what we wanted. Unfortunately, the leasing deal he offered me couldn't beat another I found even closer to my home. I do want to sing his praises, though because it wasn't his fault!
He did a wonderful job (even on crutches) and I appreciate how polite, resourceful and helpful he was.

I have leased several Nissan cars from Hoffman. Over the years the sales customer service has greatly declined!! Very disappointed this year when I went to lease a new vehicle. After discussing what I wanted, the salesman came back and literally said “you’re not going to like these numbers”! Worst sales pitch ever!! They made me feel like all my years of loyalty meant nothing! Needless to say I got what I wanted at another dealership that was very pleasant and professional. Go to Crowley Nissan. You’ll have a much better experience.!!!

When I went there, the car price was out of this world high and such a ripoff. Also, they said they would honor a test drive for the promotional offer where they offered a $50 gift card if you take a test drive which I never received the gift. I took a test drive with Mike Jacko and contacted the executive manager Brittany Barberino herself and no response ever. False advertising is illegal. That tells you what you'd be getting if you purchase from this place, scammed. Don't fall for their scams. Go to a reputable place. I encourage you to contact the BBB and the government of their scam offers which I keep on receiving from them. No stars deserved.
