After waiting 49 days for my car to be finished, I'm pleased with the completed job. Because of the long delay, my car rental fees were exorbitant. Bill Strzelecki called me and thoroughly explained the collision repair process and issues while working with my insurance company. I feel better about AutoNation and I'm a satisfied customer.

I had an oil and transmission oil change on Thursday and all the inspections and had to have my car towed on Sunday as my car was dead l had to pay $77.00 more to have it towed to you than my roadside insurance paid and I feel that you should pay it for my loyalty as l do all my service with you guys

Thank you Davis Nissan for great experience while getting my vehicle service. I have been a customer of this Dealership since 2018. I purchased 2016 Maxim from Westside Nissan and a 2020 Murano from Greenway Nissan. I stop by today as a walk in. I can honestly say the customer service has increased by 100% through out the dealership. My meet and great at Service Dept with Joey was outstanding. Katia Ruseva gave me a great overview of the 2025 Murano....I loved it. I definitely will be contacting Katia for a ride in Murano. I did notice on this visit a lot full of beautiful cars something I hadn't seen in pass. Highly Recommend if you looking for a good reasonable price car stop by. The most helpful and friendliest automotive dealership I have ever delt with. I had an emergency while I was passing thru the Gainesville area when the motor blew on my 2020 Frontier. I managed to get the truck to Gainesville Nissan. They evaluated the problem. It was covered under the warrantee, but it could a very long time if the motor had to be replaced. They offered me a rental. They asked if I would like to see a new Frontier, they were not pushy. The salesperson, Rodrigo, answered all my questions and made me excellent deal with me trading in my old Frontier for a 2024 and had Service add any extras I requested. I consider the people I met there as "friends". They went above and beyond. Thank you, Rodrigo and the Gainesville Nissan staff.

Contacted Naples Nissan for some trouble codes on my son's 2013 Nissan Altima. Spoke with Chris the service writer. Brought the car in for diagnosis of trans issue and trouble codes. Chris was kind enough to offer me a shuttle ride home while car was being worked on. Picked the car up by end of day and everything is working as it should. Very happy with Naples Nissan and Chris in service. The tech even took time to go o er the issues with me. Great Job!
