The part was ordered and once received, prepared for installation, she called me and I came this morning at 8:28 am and the job was done and I was out the door at 9:30 am. That is what I call customer service to the highest level. Great job to her and everyone on her team to bring my visit to a happy ending.

** Bob received me to drop off my car and take care of everything! Jim Wilson ensured the car was ready, called to confirm and made the payment process quick and easy. David (driver) was excellent and friendly.
Previous maintenance: Jim Wilson was good. The car was washed. (1st time NISSAN washed it after servicing it in last 4-5 visits. I came to this dealership to service my 2004 Titan. While walking around the lot I was shown a new 2020 Titan. I asked about a lease and was given an estimate that included a trade in on my truck. I was very pleased with the transaction. The new truck is amazing especially with so many standard safety features as well as improvements in the drive train and milage. Of course, it has been 16 years since I purchased a new truck and so I should expect some improvements. The staff I dealt was very accommodating and overall it was a pleasant experience.
