I came in not even wanting to purchase a vehicle but just check it out and our sales associate Armand was stellar—he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth, answering all of our questions with patience and professionalism. I got there at our appointment time and he was there with the car out and open ready for me to inspect. Made me feel appreciated and an important customer. He truly made the process an enjoyable experience. The manager, Greg, was equally fantastic. He was very friendly and welcoming, checking in on us throughout our visit to make sure we were taken care of. You can tell they genuinely value their customers here. DeLacy Smith answered my online inquiry quickly, had the car ready for me when I arrived, and was a pleasure to deal with as was Paul Mitchell, finance manager, who found a lower interest rate than my pre-approved loan and clearly explained each document before asking me to sign it. It was well worth my 2 1/2 hour drive to get the exact car I was looking for from good people at Audi South Atlanta.
