I want access to the cars, time to think through my options, and a fast, no-hassle buying process once I’ve made a decision. Kash, my sales rep, absolutely nailed it. He understood my style right away, gave me the space I wanted, and moved quickly when I was ready to buy. No games, no runaround — just solid, respectful service. Huge shoutout as well to Matt and Gene in sales management. They helped streamline the process even further and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. What really stood out is how the entire team at Rick Case matched their sales style to my buying style — which is the opposite of what you get at most dealerships. I had a really good experience at Athens Ford. My salesperson Michael Buerrman was professional and did a great job dealing with me. Went trade in shopping he got me a good trade in value and he sold me on a Nissan Frontier. There was a paperwork discrepancy that in the end was my fault but Athens Ford and Michael did right by me in correcting it and I really appreciated that. Overall it was a really good experience and I’d definitely go back

However, when it came to service, they basically neglected to help me with very small issues that were wrong with my car. Either they were too lazy or don’t care about customer service And did not care to fix monitor issues.

I’m writing this review to counter act the one where the man is upset about his 500 referral. Dude this wasn’t even your car deal, someone else bought the car and yeah you may or may it have got a referral which may or not have been advertised and you come on here and blast this like you just bought a car. You and your keyboard warrior generation need to take a hard look at what you say how you say it and who it affects. Additionally if you have any need to even chime in. Clearly I don’t as I have g bought a car from them. However seeing your display of xx when you were not even the customer is ludicrous. And if the guys due the 500 pay him cut a check and quit with the add it to the next deal xx. From a dealer vet stop that talk.

Please, I urgently need to contact the owner. That dealership is full of liars. I traded in my car, and they promised to put me on the title with my mother, who helped me with her credit. Now my mother has passed away, and all the promises have been forgotten. I'm left without a car, and their response is that the finance person no longer works there. You hired him, and you should be held accountable. They are very manipulative; they threatened me, and I wasted so many hours.

All Mazda Dealers are NOT the same. One dealer I used because of location. Very nice people. But the solution they gave left the potential for another issue to happen. So when my car would not start I reached out to them via their service team text. After a few messages with them, nothing. Silence. So I had my car towed to RICK CASE, whom I have used most of the time I’ve had my 2017 MAZDA MX5! Without an appointment they worked me in and had me on my way within an hour or so. That was not all. They also provided me with MORE than was necessary and at no cost to me. THAT is how you build Brand Loyalty AND Dealer Loyalty. Rick Case Service is absolutely the best in the Atlanta area. Not just because I say it but because they actually treat you like a “customer for life”. And they never talked about the other dealer. Only about being MAZDA. Bam!

This dealership uses classic bait-and-switch tactics. The Suburban was advertised on CarGurus at one price, but once I arrived the numbers immediately changed. They raised the vehicle price by several thousand dollars. I was also told they were offering $1500 above CarMax instant offer on trade in vehicles. The initial offer for my trade was $4000 below CarMax instant offer. I was told this was because they were going to try to discount the Suburban price to get closer to the advertised online price. When I questioned it, they changed the numbers yet again. After I left, they sent a worksheet using a much higher website price, added fees, and applied a fake “CarGurus offset” to make it look like a discount. The numbers changed every time we talked and never matched the advertised price. This wasn’t an honest mistake — it was intentional manipulation. I walked away, and I strongly recommend other buyers verify every number before wasting their time here.
