I went to the dealership to see a specific truck. Amanda showed me the truck and took me on a test drive. It was exactly what I was looking for. We talked deal and I bought it. I love my Colorado ZR2. Now here is the “It’s a small world” part. During our conversations we found out we were from the same town in Vermont! I’m not saying I bought the truck for that reason but the connection certainly helped us communicate and get the deal we both needed. Visit this dealership ONLY if you're planning to buy a NEW car. DO NOT BUY USED FROM THEM! They tell you that they do all sorts of inspections on their used vehicles, this is a LIE! Buy a 2018 Chevy Trax with less that 40,000 miles; was told it was inspected and nothing wrong. Two days later it's spewing oil like geyser; get that fixed and a week later it's running hot. First they tell me it's "just a crack in the tank, $600+ to fix; then they come and say, oh the water pump gone too $1500+, cha ching cha ching! I paid over $20,000 cash for this car with a warranty ($3000 extra); but everything they keep finding wrong "the warranty don't cover." I thought going to a major dealership I would avoid the tricks and lies these small dealerships pull, i.e. going and buying late model, yet junk car from the auction, making them pretty and drivable for a short while. I was so happy to be getting a car that had been "thoroughly inspected." Lies, lies, lies! I'm out of more thousands! DO NOT BUY USED FROM THEM OR BELIEVE THEIR INSPECTION LIES! The only reason they get one star from me is because they did give me a free loaner while they fixed my car. The car has been in their service department (and my savings) more than it's been with me. Now, working on my other car, 2014 Nissan Maxima, Tristan Jones was GREAT and honest!

Last week the service department at Volume Chevrolet found the issue with one of my tires. A nail was positioned in the shoulder of the tire and it could not be repaired. Here's the important message - I felt welcomed and honestly I was so impressed with the staff that when I learned my tire issue was not covered by the dealership where I purchased it, I decided to go back to Volume! They ordered me a matching tire and I went back the next day for them to replace it. Understand, I do not live in Forsyth but they were so nice that i asked Dustin to schedule my oil change and also to rotate the other tires, too. I found the Volume Chevrolet service department to be thorough with their work and friendly! They were extremely busy both days I was there and still managed to stay professional, I will most definitely go back!

First off let me say this was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The people are so friendly. Cindy made me feel so welcome. The owner came and introduced himself to me. Even the owners fur baby came and loved on me. The first day I took my truck and got it appraised and Cindy helped me choose a vehicle that fit what I needed. I was able to go home and think about it. Then I filled out the application online. When I tell you I went back, signed all of my paperwork and was out in less than 2 hrs. Cindy sat in the car and made sure I was connected to the FordPass and my truck. Make sure when you go you ask for her. She will do you right. Thank you so much Pioneer!!!

My car has been serviced through them along with my truck. The service department is awful. They could not fix my new car, even after putting it on the computer. They kept it for 2 days, i had to pick it up still with problems. When i asked why they cant fix it, they said " We dont know what is wrong with it", even though you can hear and feel it when you start it up. They have no knowledge to what they are doing when i asked specifics. This is not a place to service your vehicles. I will never go there again, plus they have messed up my truck air. After each oil change, something has gone out on my cars. Both are new cars and should not have these problems. Do not take you vehicle to this place. Never deal with Rincon Chevy again!
