Worked with Kyle. Good salesperson and solid communication. I got a REALLY good deal on a demo model ID4 electric car. Hadn’t even planned on making a decision that day but they made the numbers work and the car was exactly what I needed. Service dept is the best in the city (but so far…) so I’m happy they’ll take care of issues if they arise. Used to have my Passat serviced here.

AND ITS BEEN 7 DAYS AND I STILL DONT HAVE MY VEHICLE IN MY HAND AFTER PAYED OFF!!!! THIS IS INSANE!!!!! 5/21/25 I worked with Bobby on a new 24’Tiguan over the phone with a trade that I provide pics and all the information. We agreed on a price for the trade and new car. I drove down the next day and made the purchase. One of the easiest dealerships I have worked with over the years. I was in and out quickly as promised and they even honored all the providing we discussed without trying to add in any additional fees. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.
