Your Choice For A New Mazda - The Kurt's Place Channel
I wanted to say how great all the staff at Gburg Mazda have been in helping me get the Mazda MX5 RF I have wanted for quite some time. Todd Patton was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole car buying experience easy to deal with. The car I wanted had to be ordered and it was easy for them to do and got me the car I wanted quickly as well. Upon arriving at the dealership just off the carrier Todd took the time to let me inspect the car and answered all my questions as well. After that Todd and Amin Rehman in finance took there time and helped me work out numbers that were much better than other dealerships offered me for the same car. They also gave me a wonderful price for my trade in as well. Also Todd and Amin got me awesome 1.9% financing as well and saved me a bundle as well. If you need a new Mazda Todd Patton and Amin Rehman are tops in there fields of expertise and will help you get the car you want for a great price as well. My hats off to all the staff at Gaithersburg Mazda for making my car deal a trouble free and easy experience as well. Thanks Again

Brought car in for service. Scheduling person (Sara) was extremely professional; same person processed my drop off and returned was indifferent. No one called me to tell me my car was ready after 2 days, I had to call. The parts was 20% of what I paid, the rest was all labor. Expected better service for the price they charge.
Salesman was nice then it all went down hill. - klh117
Went to buy a reliable affordable car for my son. Found one he liked and the internet price was $11,700.00 which was a very good price for the vehicle. Did not ask for anything off that price. When he came back with the final on the road price it was over $14K. They included a reconditioning fee of $1,495.00 plus other charges that had nothing to do with taxes, tags and title. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. What a joke of a dealership, My advise is do not waste your time at this bogus dealership. There are too many good ones.

Like another review left on this website, I am not fond... - Zooming
Like another review left on this website, I am not fond of leaving negative reviews. However, I have to say that this had to be my worst car buying experience ever.
I had shopped around a quite a few different dealerships for the same car and this dealership came in at the lowest price by about $600. I thought well, what the heck, that is money saved, so I might as well go here, even though I liked the salesperson and the dealerships customer service much better at two other locations. I should have gone with my gut and spent the extra $600 to go with one of the other dealerships. Why? Because 1) the salesperson was unresponsive to my calls and texts. I had to call him back to track him down to see why he wasn't responding to me. In addition to that, the day I agreed to buy the car from the dealership and made an appointment to come in and sign the paperwork, he was 45 minutes in getting to me. What's the point of making an appointment then? Then, very similar to a review I read, I spent an inordinate amount of time with a lady trying to sell me upgrades. She wore me down enough to me finally acquiescing to getting the paint protection and under-body carriage protection (yes, I know this was dumb of me to purchase). Then I went onto the finance guy who also kept trying to wear me down and wouldn't accept my no for an answer. Thankfully, I came with a friend who was getting tired of waiting for me and said enough was enough. Let's sign the paperwork and get out of here. It took me SEVEN HOURS to get out of the dealership that first day. And the paint protection?? They washed the vehicle and put the paint protection on, but they didn't dry the car off thoroughly and in essence "trapped" water spots onto my paint job (which this paint protection was suppossedly going to help with not showing water spots!). So this meant that I had to come back to the dealership another day. In addition to that, they didn't have an SD card for my car ready and available. I had to come back TWO MORE TIMES to get my paint protection corrected (and to this day it is still not correct - a HUGE waste of money and time). I found this dealership to be indifferent, oblivious and incompetent when it came to customer care. Worst car buying experience ever. Also made it so that I didn't even like the car and it's a good car! Lesson learned....you get what you pay for and next time I will pay a little more to go with a dealership that is ready and willing to take care of you.
I’m sorry to report it, but these guys are as dishonest... - CRT
I’m sorry to report it, but these guys are as dishonest and crooked as any bad used car salesmen stereotype. I was in the dealership yesterday and met with a salesman (Mark) and the sales manager, Mohammad. They quoted me a price. Having had bad experiences with car dealers before, I specifically asked Mark if the price was guaranteed as I had no interest in a bait and switch. He confirmed that Passport Mazda doesn’t operate that way – they don’t want mad customers and bad reviews. I went home and discussed it with my wife. After some back and forth with Mark, we agreed to terms on the price and he asked me to come in and sign the paperwork today. I dropped what I was doing and drove 35 minutes in DC traffic to the dealership. As I was within site of the dealership, Mohammad called me to tell me he can no longer honor the deal we had agreed to, and the cost would be $25/month higher. In Mohammad’s mind, $900 was worth infuriating me, wasting well over an hour of my time, and the bad reviews I will now be posting. That tells you everything you need to know about these guys and how they operate. Needless to say, I declined to accept Mohammad’s crooked offer and will be purchasing a car elsewhere.
Great Buying Experience - MazdaCXFive
I was just out looking, trying to see what mid-side SUV might interest me enough to consider buying sometime in the next month. My previous experience with Koons Mazda of Silver Spring was seeing the great experience my spouse had with buying her Mazda CX 3, which she loves, and how comfortable she was Elliott Bourne III. He has great people skills, and is very informative in his vehicle knowledge. He showed us around the lot, after finding the color, features, and test driving the Mazda, he presented our offer to his manager and with his assistant and after the smooth finance process I now enjoy my 2017 Mazda CX 5.

Was held for 2 hours with no deal, and was told I would never get a new Mazda for the money I wanted to spend. Nice customer service right?
Went to another dealer about 20 minutes East and drove off in less than 1 hour with a new Mazda 3.
I will not go back to Sharrett Mazda to even look.
I do my homework on prices, and decide what I want to spend for the type of car,and model trim. I will not burst my budget just for a car that will loose around $8000 as soon as you leave the lot.
People buy with your head!!
Look past the shiny vehicle you DON'T need and think!!!
Avoid buyers remorse, because you will learn what it is.
All the while being a slave to that car you just bought.
They did not have much to pick from unless you wanted to buy all the bells/whistles.
If you buy there you just payed WAY too much GUARANTEED.
I laugh at their deceptive adds on the radio.
