Will is great to deal with! - Linda
Helping Mom to find a pre-owned vehicle was a pleasant experience with Will. He was courteous and patient with our "trying out" cars for fit. Will was not pushy or condescending to either of us. Thank you Will for great customer service! Mom loves her pre-owned car!

I shopped several dealers in and out of state. Only one was upfront and not misleading. That was Heritage Mazda in Towson. I have a dislike of car salesmen but can't say enough about Bo Hudson! Great down to earth guy who connects with the consumer!

Joe Garner did a great job - athierer
Experience started off a little shaky but Joe helped make everything right and helped make the car buying experience better then expected. He was very easy to contact and made the overall experience good.
First Time Car Buyer - KMFIDLER51
My first time buying a car was nothing but amazing. This was the first place I looked at and I drove away that day with the most perfect car. Steve was my salesman and was so personable and friendly. He helped me find exactly what I wanted and was able to get me the price that I wanted. If I could give my overall experience a higher rating than 5 stars I would.
Service advisor follow up - Miata owner
Excellent service and detailed response to problem that I raised. Long time customer who bought his 2009 Miata from this dealer and continues to highly recommend them.
Straight-forward and transparent - email@example.com
We just bought our 3rd VW, a 2019 Jetta SEL Premium. We bought the 1st one, which we liked, at another dealer, but as Fitzgerald was nearer to our home, we had our service done there. I like the service department, so when we needed another car, we bought it at Fitzgerald. That too was a good experience, so we bought our third VW (2nd there) last night. Our sales guy, Dave Harrison, was easy to deal with, not at all pushy, and very knowledgeable about the product. He has been there for 7 years. The finance guy we worked with, Mike Sienkiewicz, was just as qualified and straight-forward, and has been there even longer. He too was great.
Great Service - Great People - Chris W
the people ar Ourisman Rockville VW/Mazada are professional and pleasant - Skill workers all around. Felt the prices were fair and the work was done in a timely manner - they don't try to recommend services you may not need right away.
Great new car-buying experience! - dcmove
I highly recommend Passport Mazda! We test drove but shopped online, and both Courtney and Michael were easy and friendly. They offered a good fair price upfront with everything clearly laid out, and when I arrived at the dealership to close the deal, that's exactly how it all ended up--just as they had shared over email. They answered all of my questions in a timely manner and were easy and pleasant to work with. The dealership is also contemporary and welcoming! No pressure sales tactics--just a great experience in what can be a stressful activity! I'd highly recommend Passport and both Courtney and Michael for your Mazda purchase!
Excellent Customer Service - Delaware302
Nick at Ourisman was wonderful, he was very knowledgeable of the cars and the banks that his company uses! I am happy to be a part of the Ourisman family! I drive off smiling in my low miles, 2016 Nissan Altima.
IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! - Cass
If I could give ZERO stars I would. The person who sold us the car was Kelvin. The car that was purchased had so many things WRONG with it. First of all the fog light was not working, a rear break light was out, my car alarm will not stop going off at night(I know now one is trying to break in because I have seen it go off for no reason), and on of my side mirror lights was broken. This car was baught because I was told everything would be fix. The break light and fog light was fixed after 4 days which is absolutely horrendous!!! Also they said the car alarm can’t be fixed because they aren’t there to see what is wrong and that is completely sad because I know people who can check it so easy. If you are reading this you may think if it is so easy fix it yourself but I was promised that they would fix everything because we had a warranty. Another issue is that as soon as I got there I noticed the light on my side mirror was broken and they PROMISED to fix that and once they figured out it was to expensive they backed out. Also the car when purchased did not come with all of the papers necessary when the buying a car. I don’t know how this car passed inspection and THIS CAR SHOULDN'T HAVE PASSED INSPECTION!!!! EVERYTHING THEY SAID WAS A LIE!! This is the worst purchase i have ever made. DO NOT GO TO RICH MORTON!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!
A No BS Buying Experience - Synackfin
I recently purchased my CX-5 from Gaithersburg Mazda, It was a seamless experience and I worked with Jake. I agreed on the numbers before driving the hour and a half. Arriving and reviewed the numbers, agreed, signed, smiled, left with my car, smiled some more. Aggressive pricing and No hassles. That's as good as it gets in business transactions.
DON'T BUY A VEHICLE FROM COOK AUTO! - Discustedandfedup
Bought a 2016 Rogue in January 2018. Kept in garage for 2 weeks as I couldn't drive due to injuries from serious auto collision. Noticed cracked taillight, .many phone calls to dealership with no return calls after leaving numerous messages, I was given an appt. to bring vehicle in and when I did, salesman was off that day (regular day off) . Then I was given another appt. with service manager. SAME THING HAPPENED. He was off! After several trips there, run arounds and excuses, taillight was replaced after 4 months. As I was walking to my vehicle toward the rear, I noticed directly under the taillight a separation where the trunk meets the body of the vehicle. I brought it to the attention of the service manager who took photos and promised to discuss with his boss and would get back to me. It's been 4 months since and I requested a meeting with owner, Robert Cook. Service manager told me I won't have meeting with Mr. Cook. He will meet with Mr. Cook and let me know the outcome. Hasn't happened yet, again I am helplessly waiting for a response. They fixed the problem but now won't fix the source of the problem. Don't waste your time and money at Cook Auto.
Update: I took my vehicle back this past Tuesday and met with Rob Hayes, who introduced me to Bill Moscov, assistant manager. I explained everything that has been going on, and he told me he would have vehicle taken to Fork Auto Body in Fallston for estimate. He stated that depending on amount of estimate would determine if they would pay, but most likely I would have to pay half. He said because it's been 8 months, and their staff never documented anything! And because it's not in THEIR BUDGET!!! It's my fault they never documented anything??? The estimate was just over $1,000. Bill said it's a little steep and he doubted Cook would pay the entire bill. I told him I was not paying anything, and again he stated it was not in their budget. He told me I'd have to talk to Frank Shaeffer, corporate general manager. Frank flat out refused to pay, and said they'd pay half. Don't waste your time and energy at Cook Auto. There are plenty of other dealerships around!
Cheaters - Borko83
I went to this place i have problem on my mazda with a light and they inspected for $100, told me that is ballast bad and need be replaced, they ask
$415 for ballast
$270 new light bulb
And $250 for work
Its come total $1180 to fix that problem with diagnostic. Wow!!! He was teling me that is not cheaper parts and that they cant otherwise guarantee work if they dont replace all . I was upset. They wasnt frendly there as well.
So i went on ebay and find used ballast for 57 dollars free shipping. Look at youtube how to replace , got it done myself for less than 30 min , didnt need to replace light bulb . I saved more than $1000 really thet they need to charge to guarantie work? I would nobady recomend this place find some local repairing center they just want pull you money out of pocket they dont care how much you need to work to earn it , would never go there again!
Was held for 2 hours with no deal, and was told I would... - steaminginpa
Was held for 2 hours with no deal, and was told I would never get a new Mazda for the money I wanted to spend. Nice customer service right?
Went to another dealer about 20 minutes East and drove off in less than 1 hour with a new Mazda 3.
I will not go back to Sharrett Mazda to even look.
I do my homework on prices, and decide what I want to spend for the type of car,and model trim. I will not burst my budget just for a car that will loose around $8000 as soon as you leave the lot.
People buy with your head!!
Look past the shiny vehicle you DON'T need and think!!!
Avoid buyers remorse, because you will learn what it is.
All the while being a slave to that car you just bought.
They did not have much to pick from unless you wanted to buy all the bells/whistles.
If you buy there you just payed WAY too much GUARANTEED.
I laugh at their deceptive adds on the radio.
