My wife and I purchased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson at Oarsman Mazda Hyundai Mitsubishi of Laurel. We had an excellent experience working with salesperson Nick Cutlip and manager Ben Stark. The end of the model year deals offered by Hyundai brought us into the dealership over the Labor Day weekend. The good service I had received on my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe in the service department brought us into the dealership. I will be bringing my 2019 Tucson back for maintenance.

I found the sales person I dealt with to be dishonest in their pricing information. The sale price quoted did not include a $700 package of dealer installed items which they labeled an appearance package. In addition they tried to hide a $1000+ charge for freight until the end of the negotiations until I forced them to reavel the charge. In the end that great sale price turned out to be a slightly higher price than other dealerships non sale pricing.

We just had the easiest car leasing experience ever at Passport Mazda. Jay was our sales person and the GM, Slavenko. There were no pressures to buy. They just asked us what we were looking at and allowed us to even drive the car for a day to test it out. They were both 100% knowledgeable on the car's features. They responded to our questions very quickly and accurately. I never felt pressured or rushed. We needed time to decide if we wanted to purchase or buy and they were patient and waited for us to make the decisions. After we decided on the CX9 Signature, the entire process was smooth from the signing to all the other paperwork - thank you Richard for your expert work. You were so quick.

I recently purchased a 2019 Mazda CX-5 & had a great experience with Fitzgerald Mazda. Like most people the thought of going through the car buying process wasn't something I was looking forward to. Fitzgerald changed that for me! Everyone at Fitzgerald was friendly & easy to work with. Our sales associate, Mike Worthington, was knowledgeable & took the time to answer all of our questions. Cameron, who arranged all of the paperwork was friendly & efficient. They are a no haggle dealership & they respect the fact that nowadays people have done their homework before they go to a dealership. On our way out the door we told the GM, Jeff Shaver, how much we truly appreciated that there was no hard sell on the car, financing, extended warranties, etc. I have already told several people about the positive experience we had at Fitzgerald Mazda!

I wanted to say how great all the staff at Gburg Mazda have been in helping me get the Mazda MX5 RF I have wanted for quite some time. Todd Patton was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole car buying experience easy to deal with. The car I wanted had to be ordered and it was easy for them to do and got me the car I wanted quickly as well. Upon arriving at the dealership just off the carrier Todd took the time to let me inspect the car and answered all my questions as well. After that Todd and Amin Rehman in finance took there time and helped me work out numbers that were much better than other dealerships offered me for the same car. Went to another dealer about 20 minutes East and drove off in less than 1 hour with a new Mazda 3.
I will not go back to Sharrett Mazda to even look.
I do my homework on prices,and decide what I want to spend for the type of car,and model trim. I will not burst my budget just for a car that will loose around $8000 as soon as you leave the lot.

Avoid buyers remorse,because you will learn what it is.
All the while being a slave to that car you just bought.
They did not have much to pick from unless you wanted to buy all the bells/whistles.
If you buy there you just payed WAY too much GUARANTEED.
I laugh at their deceptive adds on the radio.
