Sam was very helpful. - michelle p

Sam was very helpful. I told him what I was looking for and although they didn't have the 2 vehicles I was looking at on the website, we found something similar and that I was happy with. Bryan was super helpful and the finiancing part was pretty quick. He answered all my questions. The dealership was clean. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. People were greeted as they came in the door. Would come back for a future vehicle.

Great experience! - Juan F

Great experience! Haseeb was patient with our questions and worked diligently to get a deal we were comfortable signing, and drove the car from a nearby dealership so we could drive our new car on the same day.

We purchased our 2019 Mazda 6 from this dealership. - Margaret Smith

We purchased our 2019 Mazda 6 from this dealership. The staff is amazing and willing to go the extra mile to make sure their customer (ME!!) is satisfied. Any issues I had were addressed and dealt with, without any "runaround". They did what they had to do to make it right!! The staff was friendly & welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately. To Joshua Rodriguez, Jen, Anita, Lynn, Lenny & Matt, it was truly a pleasure working with you all! I highly recommend Rich Morton Mazda.

Highly recommend this dealership. - Claudia

Highly recommend this dealership. We had a wonderful experience working with John Speake — Senior Sales Consultant at Mazda of Laurel, Maryland. John Speake is extremely knowledgeable, hard-working, responsive, customer-focused, kind, trustworthy, and straightforward. He helped us find the perfect car for our needs at a price that matched our budget. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and stress-free — a refreshing change of pace in today’s market. Thank you, John! AND, thank you Mazda of Laurel Maryland. :)

I had a pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle from - lee

I had a pleasant experience purchasing a new vehicle from Passport Mazda with sales rep Jay and finance manager Karen. I spent about a month negotiating with various dealerships before I walked into any of them. Passport was actually my second-choice dealership, as I'd walked out of another for bait & switching. Whereas that dealership wasted ten hours of my time, I was in and out of Passport in three. I'd been communicating with Jay for a few weeks before coming in, and he had always been straight to the point and never pressured me. We already had an offer sheet ready before I walked in, which saved a lot of time. Jay also helped set up the vehicle for a test drive and explained features of the vehicle after the purchase was finalized. Karen was transparent and answered my questions on the various documents I was signing. After being fleeced by another dealership earlier in the week, I was extra cautious with the whole buying process this time. Karen helpfully printed out all the documents so that I could read them thoroughly before signing. I hope the complimentary service in a few months' time goes as smoothly as the buying process did.

Your Choice For A New Mazda - The Kurt's Place Channel

I wanted to say how great all the staff at Gburg Mazda have been in helping me get the Mazda MX5 RF I have wanted for quite some time. Todd Patton was very helpful and answered all my questions and made the whole car buying experience easy to deal with. The car I wanted had to be ordered and it was easy for them to do and got me the car I wanted quickly as well. Upon arriving at the dealership just off the carrier Todd took the time to let me inspect the car and answered all my questions as well. After that Todd and Amin Rehman in finance took there time and helped me work out numbers that were much better than other dealerships offered me for the same car. They also gave me a wonderful price for my trade in as well. Also Todd and Amin got me awesome 1.9% financing as well and saved me a bundle as well. If you need a new Mazda Todd Patton and Amin Rehman are tops in there fields of expertise and will help you get the car you want for a great price as well. My hats off to all the staff at Gaithersburg Mazda for making my car deal a trouble free and easy experience as well. Thanks Again

My wife and I recently retired to Delaware. On a windy bitter cold Saturday morning while visiting in Denton the front passenger window of my 2014 Mazda CX5 failed to raise. My wife was the passenger and we traveled with a small dog on board. Home was 59 miles away. Driving a long distance under those circumstances would be unbearably cold, noisy and unsafe. Fortunately my wife located Preston Mazda thru her cellphone. We showed up unannounced, cold and desperate. The service dept was booked, but the service manager(s) took us in, made us feel welcome and took care of our problem. We are so grateful and Preston Mazda won our future business. Tom & Trish K.

My wife and I purchased a new Mazda CX-50 on the evening - mpfaircloth1

My wife and I purchased a new Mazda CX-50 on the evening of 08/16/24. After sone negotiating we agreed to a price, and they showed us the paper work. All was good. We were there past their closing time and felt bad for keeping them late. The car was for my wife and the title and financing were in her name. She signed all the paper work and then the salesman, Nick asked if we would mind posing with him and the car for a picture for him to put on his Facebook page. Fast forward to Sunday 08/18/24. I took a closer look at the contract and they added a $1700.00 Cook Legacy policy that apparently covers tires, windshields, door dings and wheels. Basically just a xx policy that is nothing more than additional dealer mark-up. They never went over any of this with us, it wasn't on the work sheet for the deal, but they snuck it into the buyers order and contract, without us knowing. Ultimately shame on us for ever trusting this dealership. They used very deceiving tactics and took advantage of my wife. We would have never agree to buying this worthless add-on. We'll be going into the dealership tomorrow to have this charge removed from the contract, but I'm expecting he worse. Will update this review if they make right on this stunt they pulled. UPDATE 8/19/24: The general manager called us this morning and was very apologetic. They told us to come in and they would have a new contract with the $1700 charge removed. When we got there, they stood by their word and had the new contract ready as promised. They were very apologetic and my wife and I appreciated them making it right.
