I have purchased two Hyundais (a Tucson and a Sonata) from Ricky Zallicoffer and can honestly say that I have enjoyed the process both times. Ricky is a bit of an anomaly in the new car sales business in that he does not bring undue pressure on the buyer and he truly knows his product line. Ricky has learned and respects the fact that I come prepared with information and he has the patience of a saint as I ask many questions and he thoroughly answers. I will likely be in the market for a new vehicle in the near future and my first, and likely only, call will be to Ricky.
While Ricky is the gem of OURISMAN HYUNDAI the service department can sometimes prove to be the Achilles heel of the operation. By and large, the service department has done their job well, particularly with regard to routine maintenance. However, my fully loaded special edition Sonata (that I truly love driving) has been plagued by three different intermittent problems, all of which are very important to me. Unfortunately, each time I ask them to address these issues, the service department seems to only give those issues a cursory glance, leaving me to contend with these issues (blind spot warning, navigation/AV system and driver preset controls) again until my next visit. As highly as I think of HYUNDAI as an auto manufacturer, I am sorely disappointed that the dealer service department has refused to take the initiative to elevate these problems to a regional service representative who is likely to have encountered these problems at other dealerships and familiar with a solution to rectify them.
We’re it not for these service issues, OURISMAN HYUNDAI would get a five star plus rating from me. Indeed, if I were rating the dealership solely on my experiences with Ricky Zallicoffer the dealership would get ten stars if I could do that.
In sum, you can get a great HYUNDAI vehicle from a solid dealer if you visit OURISMAN. If you really want a terrific buying experience ask for Ricky and, like me, you will be elated with you car buying experience.

I recently purchased my CX-5 from Gaithersburg Mazda, It was a seamless experience and I worked with Jake. I agreed on the numbers before driving the hour and a half. Arriving and reviewed the numbers, agreed, signed, smiled, left with my car, smiled some more. Aggressive pricing and No hassles. That's as good as it gets in business transactions.

Spent 100k in a week on 2 trucks. Trouble from the start, second vehicle delivered in horrible condition, took it back and cleaned it again but obviously didn’t lift the lift gate. I was told they didn’t want to use a cleaner on it so they didn’t mess up the paint, I took a wet cloth and it came right off. List goes on and on, the straw that broke the back for us, our trade-ins were not paid off in time and I had to shell out $500 to get those loans closed, dragged me along for over a week and could honestly careless. Suddenly the fault is mine, and they honestly could careless (notice a pattern). As I told everyone at Cook, I am not a complainer but they sure make it easier to become one. Never Again, I have two beautiful vehicles and would be just fine getting my old one’s back then go through that again. A lot of fluff on the surface but upper management is garbage! I have documentation and messages to back all of my statements.

I went to this place i have problem on my mazda with a light and they inspected for $100, told me that is ballast bad and need be replaced, they ask
$415 for ballast
$270 new light bulb
And $250 for work
Its come total $1180 to fix that problem with diagnostic. Wow!!! He was teling me that is not cheaper parts and that they cant otherwise guarantee work if they dont replace all . I was upset. They wasnt frendly there as well.
So i went on ebay and find used ballast for 57 dollars free shipping. Look at youtube how to replace , got it done myself for less than 30 min , didnt need to replace light bulb . I saved more than $1000 really thet they need to charge to guarantie work? I would nobady recomend this place find some local repairing center they just want pull you money out of pocket they dont care how much you need to work to earn it , would never go there again!

Went to another dealer about 20 minutes East and drove off in less than 1 hour with a new Mazda 3.
I will not go back to Sharrett Mazda to even look.
I do my homework on prices,and decide what I want to spend for the type of car,and model trim. I will not burst my budget just for a car that will loose around $8000 as soon as you leave the lot.
