My wife leased a brand new 2026 Nissan Frontier and I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Express. The care we have received and the expertise of George in sales and Jim in finance are the main reason we return to Milford Nissan. And the vehicles we purchase surpassed our expectations. Very disappointed with the treatment I’ve received at Acura of Peabody my last couple of visits. I’ve been an Acura owner for more than ten years now and never had an issue but my last couple of visits have been regrettable to say the least. The consultant canceled one of my appointments because he said everything that could be for rim that was poorly fixed was already done but on a separate occasion he pointed out that I still had a dent and he was going to order a new. On my last visit they were supposed to fixed my bumper on the passenger side and instead of fixing it they made the driver side worse and scratch the car. When I pointed this out to him he said that’s how the car is engineered even though on my initial visit he saw the issue and about the scratch he said he could not tell from the video they took if I brought the car with the scratches which I assured him I did not. Very disappointing to be told that a 2007 car was engineered better than a 2025 one. Love the MDX but if this is how I’m going to be treated might be time to move on to something else. STAY AWAY from this disaster of a company. I regretfully bought a car only a year ago from them, I took the car home and the more I looked the more of a mess I found. There was a lolipop stuck to a cup holder. I had to fight to get my spare key.. which ended up having a remote starter on it. They never gave me the key for my locked lug nuts. Unless you show up, you can’t get a hold of them. They don’t pick up the phone. xxxxtiest business ever

After I backed into a truck and put a large dent in my Accord's bumper, I contacted Bezema about fixing the damage. Their estimate was very reasonable. When I got the car back I found they had also fixed a scrape that one of my co-workers put on my car when pulling out of our employee parking lot. I didn't have the scrape when they prepared the estimate. I found my car had been vacuumed when I picked it up, and it looked great inside and out.

Upfront, professional, made paperwork and transaction easy. His cars come with rebuild titles but He's honest and upfront about. Even showed me a picture of the car before it was rebuilt. Car was clean and came with a 6 month warranty which is unheard of in the used car world. Seems to stand behind his work. Only had it about a week so the verdict is still out on the vehicle itself, but the 6 month warranty gives a little peace of mind and time to have another mechanic throw it up on a lift. (Actually suggested by Jim) Took care of getting it inspected for me at the shop next door. Decided to check it out with all his great reviews online and alot of his business is return customers. So far I'm pleased with my purchase. (2017 Subaru Forester)

I was helped by a different salesperson since, unfortunately, Jaime is no longer working at this dealership. The experience was disastrous because they added extended warranties without notifying me. They never explained why I was going to pay so much money for that used car. When I got home and read the paperwork, I found out what had happened. That's a bad practice, and it's illegal. I went back to the dealership, and the person responsible, Jay, the financing manager, removed the charges. Even after reading the negative reviews that described the sales person as rude, I went to look at a specific truck. Within seconds of my trying to describe the vehicle by make, model, year and VIN, so he could look it up, he demanded to know the color. I didn't know it, which escalated his rudeness. He's sitting at his computer saying he doesn't know what car I'm describing. Imagine, I didn't get through identifying the vehicle before he started. I told him we were done, that the reviews I'd read were right and walked out. He pursued me and found my wife who had found vehicle in question. I told my wife we're leaving. Naturally she was confused. It only took a few seconds for her confusion to end. He actually stepped in front of her as she made her way, going around him, to me and our car.
