Sales people - 3 stars. Everyone I spoke with was wonderful and very friendly. However I did hear one guy talking about the ways he manipulates people into buying cars and getting the most out of them after finding out what they make. I didnt catch his name but he kept talking about how he had been married over 30 years. I'm not surprised by this but probably don't speak that way when you have a customer there.
They main reason for the 1 star review is the Lady at extension 660, I think her name might be Celeste. She was well aware I was there, the phone rang and she says "I'm not answering that!" And proceeds to talk about personal things with her coworker before dropping a couple F-bombs. Then what I gather is a newer sales person went into her office to get help and she was so rude to him I couldnt believe it and actually pulled him aside because I couldnt believe he kept his cool and I wanted him to know that I thought it was ridiculous. Then a short time later I hear "I came in for two xxxxing calls!, their giving all my leads to Brooke, they cut my leads by xxxxen 70%! This place is a xxxxing xxxx show!" I have never heard such profanity around customers in a sales environment in my entire life and I will NEVER buy my 4c or any other vehicle from a place that employs people like this that are so greedy, disrespectful, and unprofessional. It's a shame because everyone else there was wonderful. Just the sales guy who had been married 30 years talking about manipulating people into making one of the largest purchases in their life and this office person who swears like a sailor and has no regard for anyone else. After what I experienced today I wouldn't buy from them unless they correct these problems. I'd definitely recommend them for service though. I hope this helps some of you decide where to buy your vehicle from in the future.

Terrible service. I went in to get my battery replaced and they said that they woud reprogram the radio and make sure everything was working afterwords. After the battey was replaced, my auxiliary input option on the radio stopped working. When I brought the vehicle in to get reprogrammed, they said the radio was faulty and would cost over $500 to replace. It was working great before the new battery they put in.

We dealt with Armando Guerra after learning our Nissian had transmission trouble. We were just looking at the cars in the parking lot and Armando offered his help to us. He was patient, kind, honest, and very pleasant to work with during our purchase of a 2017 Rogue. He helped us find the right car for our needs. The staff at the Mankato dealership was very pleasant to work with.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there.
Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.
