Oil change was cheaper than Valvoline. I would suggest making an appointment.
Also Jason is a great hardworking guy!

Recently traveled across the US from Toronto, and had truck troubles on a 2016 F 150 almost immediately after I left home. Made it as far as Syverson Ford and called for some help, and was brought right in. Unfortunately at the time it was in the shop, the issue with the stalling and rough idling wasn't happening, BUT it hasn't happened in the 5 weeks since then either. The crew checked over what they could, and were quite honest about what they found and did not recommend me for any repairs at that time. Being where I was from and the situation they could have easily gone a less than ethical route and recommended a pile of parts and labor, but I am thankful they were professional and did the right thing. Car repair shops have been accused in the past of shady practices, nothing like that going on here. Sales staff even provided balloons and toys for the 2 year old with me to keep him entertained while we waited!

We dealt with Armando Guerra after learning our Nissian had transmission trouble. We were just looking at the cars in the parking lot and Armando offered his help to us. He was patient, kind, honest, and very pleasant to work with during our purchase of a 2017 Rogue. He helped us find the right car for our needs. The staff at the Mankato dealership was very pleasant to work with.

They do a hack job of service and their lifetime packages are lies just to get you to buy.
First, they put their service packages on new "used" cars that are not Volkswagen without anyone there with the real knowledge to work on the specific car. So be careful about their "service packages" even if it's a new car. I opted in for every top plan they had available. Yet, I was charged 150$ for a spare fuse from my box to be moved into a different spare slot. When the contract says $100 or less.
At the first oil change, I was going to bring my own oil but didnt have time to stop for it so I went with the oil that is best for my specific car. They neglected to tell me that it would be substantial more than the total they gave me. While also leaving the last of a quart jug on the floor of my car. They also had me wait many hours for a oil filter, then wait longer because they forgot they needed a plug ring.
I took my car there for 3 oil changes, each one proving to me to be horrible customer service.
They also allowed the car I bought to leave without making sure the reverse lights work correctly.
The employees play around too much with their more fun cars, I've been told not many of the mechanics there know how to even drive a manual and the ones that do don't know how to very well. I have reason to believe they played around with this car too much and curb smashed it because they dont understand awd with that much power and tried to hide it by squeezing it tightly between cars in the parking lot making it difficult to really scope out the car.
I stopped bringing my car here for service after 3 oil changes, I tried to give them a chance to provide good service to me. They failed to do so.
Now, the experience with their company during a total loss has been extremely frustrating as they are taking their time doing their part which is costing me. They act like I am not important, taking entire days just to respond. They've had plenty of time to provide results. It will become a legal issue if they continue to neglect their professional duties.
I would not buy from this company ever again.
They are not a dealer for the people.
I've even seen them straight up lie to the customer while I was sitting in the lobby saying that they couldn't fix what was wrong with their car without another appointment when I know it was an incredibly easy issue. They lack integrity.

My usual advisor was on vacation so Jon Raye stepped up and couldn’t have treated me better, finding the problem with my remote! He greeted me and walked me to parts and asked that they check my remote battery. And there it was- a crusty battery! Installed a new battery and now I’m good to go. Thanks again Jon -you’re one of the reasons I keep dealing with Schmelz!

Terrible service. I went in to get my battery replaced and they said that they woud reprogram the radio and make sure everything was working afterwords. After the battey was replaced, my auxiliary input option on the radio stopped working. When I brought the vehicle in to get reprogrammed, they said the radio was faulty and would cost over $500 to replace. It was working great before the new battery they put in.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there.
Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.
